Good food, drinks and great service. We arrived and the restaurant was busy, but we were well looked after.

Jo was our waitress. She was accommodating to our needs. Very attentive to our dietary needs. Great service all round

Came in on Monday for lunch and seemed like very understaffed. Still had a lovely time, food was good and Holly our waitress worked so hard and lovely. Thank you!

Amy, our serveuse, was very helpful and attentive. The vegan food was very tasty. Thank you. The toilets do need to be operational the ladies toilet and two out of the three gents urinals were out of action.

The food was okay at best and a bit dry. Our drinks were not brought out until after our meals were served. A man in his 50s named Jay refused to get my partner a glass of water from the tap, which was surprising. Voir le carte

Sunday 15.3.2020, my partner and i really enjoyed two good meals here and on the experience i would go back, both had pasta dishes and garlic bread,wasnt to busy so the wait was short,keep it up Frankie Bennys,hope to see you soon. all staff were very vigilant.

We ordered our food and drinks, but the diet coke was warm and flat. We told the waitress and she replaced our drinks. The music in the restaurant was too loud, making it hard to hear others at our table. The sweet potato fries I ordered were undercooked and needed more time in the oven. I would not recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

The reviewer was greeted by a lady to book a table, only to be told that they had no fried eggs or poached eggs, offering only scrambled eggs instead. Despite a pitch about full English breakfasts, the lady seemed more upset than the diners. After waiting what felt like ages for two teas and two bacon rolls, they witnessed another customer sending back their full English breakfast because it was cold.
