"Just been est est est. Was served by a rude waitress who was not happy that I didn’t look at the iPad for allergy advice. I tried to explain that I’d been before and know my dish is safe. But she said “that’s fine I’ll...have to put you was not willing to look” confused I asked for the manager. Who said she’d had a word and said it’s to agree to the disclaimer. I explained she never explained this to me. The lady continued to serve us even after I complained about her rudeness. Which made me highly uncomfortable. Then the meals arrived mine was loot warm and watery. And as I got further in pulled what I thought was a leaf out of my mouth. It was onion skin. When I complained about the experience from start to finish. Explaining I was a waitress myself. I was met with but onions are in the dish, surely hairs are worse. She removed mine but still wanted us pay for the remains of the bill. Which after how poor the experience was we simply was not happy to do. My place of work would take it off. The manager is highly argumentative and unapologetic. She just gave me excuse after excuse, “but we cook with onions.” “But we offered to make you something else.” I explained that I wasn’t trying to be awkward with working in the industry myself but it had put me off my meal and I didn’t want to eat here. We argued back and forth, she said but it was only my dish. My friend explained she didn’t finish hers as it put her off as it was the same dish! Reluctantly she took both meals off but we had to pay for two cokes “because we had them” but we drank them before even realising the onion skin was in my food. The service was slow after we complained we was left for ages when all we wanted to do was leave the awful experience behind us. I explained the last time I came I loved it. And had an amazing experience and had been telling everyone to go. But this time has meant I’ll never be coming again! AVOID."

Fantastic food however table service was not great staff don't listen and to busy chatting to each other to notice customers which is a shame because the food is of very high standard and if your staff was as good as the chefs this would...be 5*place

came to dinner, many sitting options, our server was amazing, super friendly, very helpful and eating was incredible. so fresh tasting and delicious. was here a few times when we went to the Trafford Centre. really reasonable prices and amazing eating, will definitely return soon

came to a meal with my family after a shopping trip in the metford centre. I hadn't seen no est est for years and I loved it. I had her signature calzone and it was so delicious. the food came very fast and our waiter was polite and attentive. I will definitely be back at my next visit to the metford centre. Voir le carte

I and my friend decided to eat in ethn and could not blame. service was fast, waitress and manager both beautiful and were always happy to help, prices are low and eating was nice. I ordered the carbonara and it was so delicious. My...Friend ordered the arribiatta they enjoyed when they ate everything and don't stop it in the rule a meal! will 100% as soon as possible retuning.

I have visited est twice, and it was a nice experience both paintings! I am gluten-free, and I was so impressed by the understanding and attentiveness of the employees at both locations. my gluten-free pasta bolognaise was delicious, and I could have actually desserted a gf if in the regular my only option is ice in a restaurant! more special thanks to wendy that you are so friendly to my friend and today I will definitely come back!

We visited as a family on a busy Sunday lunchtime as a (supposedly) nicer alternative to the foodcourt at the Trafford Centre. Our server was pleasant and service was fast. However, my daughter’s pizza and all the bread products we saw were seriously anaemic. Worse...still, after eating half of my rigatoni arrabbiata, I bit into a piece of pancetta that had accidentally fallen into the dish. The server was very apologetic and took 50% off our total bill (which wasn’t that much anyway) but the manager never bothered to come over. Friendly welcome. Calamari starters were not the standard rings that you get in many places. They looked and tasted like they were home made, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. It takes a good chef to turn a simple dish into a delicious meal. The chef...from Est manages to do just that. The risotto was excellent and the king prawn linguine was delicious. Risotto was cooked faultless, the linguini was just right and flavours of both dishes were very well balanced. The food was served piping hot, a rarity these days. Waitress Wendy was professional, very friendly and helpful. She contributed to a good atmosphere. We highly recommend Est.

our server was amazingly polite and helpful, so thank them megan for so amazing. Unfortunately, this was the only positive moment in our experience, we ordered a take-out and after the payment we mentioned, we would call back for eating in a short time. we get. to house and the food we ordered as a meal was disgustingly salty, edible. I don't know how a arabata is made and can be a bit salty due to olives etc. but it was unusable my partner and I had a bit of it and had to spit it out. we ordered two of them and did not even touch the second box. we called immediately to say “the kitchen closes in 1 minute” so that I should tell them when I come right at this moment to gather a fresh meal .....
