Foods are tasty and are reasonably priced compared to many others near train station tourist areas. Service is fast, and inside seating is cozy and quiet. The food was good and the prices were right. The ambience outside was good except for the street vendors that kept coming. We only found the service from our waiter to be a bit intrusive and once we paid the bill the friendliness was gone. Was walking by here and feeling hungry so I took a chance, and was blown away by the quality of the food easily the best pasta and pizza I’ve had since I got to Rome, when I come back to Elettra I will be happy to bring a larger appetite. The customer service was the worst. I entered the store alone and ordered pasta, a drink, and seasoned veggie. The food was delicious, but the worst part was that as soon as I finished eating, I realized that I didn't want to order dessert and was forced to pay the bill. When I visited, two-thirds of the seats were empty and I only stayed for about 30 minutes. I don't think the customer service of all the employees is bad, but one particular employee gave me a bad impression of the store. The elderly couple sitting next to me also said that it was the worst customer service they had ever had while visiting Rome. I'm sorry. Voir le carte
