we had a nice lunch here. the waiter was attentive, but at the same time efficient. also the location is nice on a small place without too many cars.

what a fantastic place to eat. eating was exceptional and very favorable for the size of the portions. the black pudding star was the best I cost. the miniburgers were also very delicious. the staff was very friendly and helpful, even... although it was very busy. I'll make another visit soon.

the place is beautiful, but not recommended. the waiter with the black t-shirt and the gray hair looks like a homeless and he has not visited us. he took our job, but began to visit other people. we asked ourselves again, but he continued to serve other people who came after us later! this is completely exhausting! Balcon de Malasana is a hole in the wall cafe/bar/restaurant in the heart of Malasana one of the oldest neighborhoods in Madrid. It has a huge Balcon/veranda/plaza in front, where the young crowds gathered to have a beer and chat on a sunny day....But besides this attractive quality there is an added value to the charm of this place: the FOOD! Green salad with Buretita cheese (kind of local version of the Burette) and Anchovies. Salamonrejo soup made of Tomatoes, boiled egg and Iberian Ham. Grill squid in it’s own ink.
