"as a full brake we could say that we stopped in the pedestrian zone in front of this burgimbiss. the view through the large disc showed a very nicely furnished local. from the clear menu behind the tresen we chose a burger with pommes and a cola. is paid directly at the tresen and exclusively in cash. that is, of course, completely in order, only I put the question into the room: is it also contemporary? we also looked for a seat, from there we heard how everything was freshly prepared. it took a while, then the call came of about 8m to remove the steps that we can pick up the food. not that we had something about the others, but as a single guest in the room would have been a service really positiw. after everything was standing on the table, the control view came: 1. a fritz cola in the glass bottle. very nice, sometimes something else! 2. the pommes, dressed in a very stylish ceramic bowl, were ok. 3. the burger: great ok, plentiful and the ingredients fresh...tja and here is the problem. so that everything remains fresh and crispy, the restless green beauty must be naturally cooled! the meat of the burger, however, is quickly cooled, so that the whole burger comes only to a warm one to the cold. my recommendation would be to use the whole burger before, uh, again too much!? what happens if they do not deny a burgbulette before the frit right: it flows the fat out of the flesh and the beautiful flesh is dry and low in taste. I'm sorry, that's what happened. Conclusion: the thick bubble is a burgimbiss with a very good ground idea! Unfortunately, the concept fails on many small and large things, which otherwise makes it a real culinary point."
