Delphin Fisch Steak

I had the surf and turf and it was really top quality, the steak was perfectly cooked and was wonderfully tender.

Not too many places to eat good fish in Berlin; this was a good find! Good service, fresh fish, overall good value.

As I write in the title, very nice simple food. Nothing fancy but good. Sit inside or outside. We sat outside. Not the nicest part of Berlin but conveniently close to where we stayed.

the small group of restaurants near our hotel were all quite good, these one no exception. good choice of fishing (and other directed) not inappropriate trips, not cheap but reasonable. good choice of drinks, made by someone who knows how to make them....Friendly and friendly staff. a light negatiw is that during the hot weather all windows are open, so that smoke can drive in from the outside.

7 of us descended on the restaurant without a booking one lunchtime, but there was plenty of room. We had very friendly, helpful service from the waitress, who struggled bravely with having to speak English and the owner. We had various fish dishes including tuna,...calamari and gilt head (Dorade) which were generous and delicious. Two had steaks that were OK. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. the food was excellent! I had oktopus carpaccio as starter, I never saw on any menu. it was delicious, especially with the limette vinagraie and the extra disc lemon that there was only the right fresh! the main was so good and big (bored oktopus) that the dish that felt like fresh from the water was bagged for us, but not the usual packaging, but offered us as the next day warmed up for lunch. what a great restaurant re. eat and service. absolutely spectacular!

Delphin was right across the street from the Mercure MOA, so we tried it for our first dinner in Berlin. The fish soup was outstanding, a very nice salad comes with every meal, the dorado and tuna steak we ordered were both excellent. We went...back a second time, this time for a whole grilled fish and a steak. The meal was better than average again, and relatively inexpensive. On a whim I ordered the tiramisu for dessert, it was the best ever. As it turns out, it's made in the restaurant. One should be aware that in many parts of Germany, you cannot get tap water and the water they serve might cost more than the beer. So get beer.

On this occasion, the baby Calamari was excellent, served in a garlic and chili sauce that I just had to mop up with some bread. Fried Calamari rings were good too. The Sardines were the low point of the meal. The portions were too small,...just three sardines each, and the fish was dry and unappetising. The Anchovies, on the other hand, were delicious. A generous portion, attractively arranged in a circle on the plate. Drinks were blighted by rather strange service. We ordered a small beer, but a large beer arrived. The waiter accepted our order for tap water without question, but returned with a glass 750ml bottle of still mineral water for which we were charged €5.50. We ordered a bottle... Voir le carte
