"Da Mauro was recommend to us by a local when the place we wanted to eat was not serving lunch. Located on the main square in or at the Hotel Astoria, this is a pleasant unassuming room. The wait staff was friendly and helpful no English. There is a very reasonable fixed price lunch menu (15 euros) or alla carte. We had a risotto made with nebbiola wine and a rare type of toma cheese. It is unique and won't serve everyone's palate, but we like it. I tried the maialino which had an insipid sauce. My friend had the fillet of local beef which while very lean was tender and tasty I'd recommend that. Both came with overcooked vegetables. There was a pretty good wine menu with a surprising number of 1/2 bottles; though not was well priced as the food .... We shared a dessert of bonet (a local chocolate pudding) with panna cotta in a perfect caramelized sauce. The bonet was as good as I've had."

nice and nice service, spacious rooms and excellent distances. good choice to the card and menu of the good and convenient day. I took tuna with ginger pumpkin cream. Beautiful. very kind owner. also huge parking free in front!

Love Cuorgnè, love this restaurant, from start to finish it was perfect! We planned a wedding in this area because my family immigrated from here. The associated hotel was convenient and wonderful as well! Staff was very accommodating! It was the fairytale I always dreamed of! Many thanks!

Given the excellent evaluations, we tried the restaurant in lunchtime. well furnished, correct in exercising the green pass. Lunch for two people, we both took goats with polenta and aubergine sauce: well presented and good. excellent risotto with mushrooms (abundant.) two glasses of discreet barbera. as dessert zabaione too liquid and ice cream with berries and chocolate cramble, mediocre. All for a little expensive in the value for money. kind service, a little slow.

excellent restaurant of Piedmont specialties. tris of appetizers with crispy and fresh Russian salad, beat to the knife and calf tonnato delicious. noodles with porcini mushrooms and dumplings with creamy and fragrant pumpkin. with fried mushrooms is not discussed. and to finish the zabaione is the inevitable conclusion. Unfortunately the uncomfortable chairs, modern, did not make me enjoy all these goodness. a compass would also be useful at the entrance, because in cold periods a cotton screen is not enough. but in all these years I've been seeing him, I'm the only one who makes him present.
