Absolutely horrific time at cranside .. everyone agreed, including the staff. Will never , ever be back. Was like a circus .

Obviously understaffed. I felt for them. That’s obviously what made the service so poor. Wasn’t anything like what was posted online.

The quality of food wasn 't good. Also the winter village wasn 't really something special. It was just a few outdoor tables with heating and a Christmas tree.

Tables packed together, couldn't fit buggy, no live music, no food or drink stalls opened outside, no toilet paper or soap in the disabled bathroom, and overpriced drinks.

Saturday afternoon, basically empty, so no atmosphere. The app to order is terrible and drinks and service very average. Food was pretty decent. we left after 40 mins and headed to finieston

Unfortunately the outside area that we had booked was closed so we had to sit in the Romanov’s bar area. It’s a featureless space inside and really nothing special. Had we known that the outside “winter garden” was closed we would have booked somewhere else.. kimchi loaded fries were ace tho!
