"the friendly team room in ramsgate. had a beautiful jacket kartoffel yesterday filled with my favorite crowning huh and a lot of it. the woman had her cheese and speck on toast the best in thanet (her comment.) easy eating, but well prepared what makes it a pleasure to come into the teeries when in ramsgate . and last but not least really friendly staff, which can be a rare thing today in some esshausen."

My daughter won a prize which included a afternoon high tea here. It was superb, loads to eat, which they kindly packaged up what we couldn’t !! Lovely setting well worth a visit anytime

my family loves this place we eat here often. there is a great menu with a lot to choose, my children just love the cheese ham toasties! delicious homemade cakes. very friendly personal atmosphere. great food, great place.

the golden wedding of my mother and my father with a high tee. the food was fresh and beautiful and the personal made us feel so welcome. would be highly recommended for any special occasion. absolutely super! Many thanks to all the staff who today make so special for our family.

beautiful baked kartoffel with cheese and bean. it is not a complicated meal, but they would be surprised how wrong it can go. that was huge, but I ate the go. very friendly service from the staff and the owner. I admired the cake. the lemon melissa looked to die, but I wanted to be good as it is januar.

"I was warmly welcomed by the lovely Grace, who engaged me in delightful conversation about good food and global cuisines while serving a piping hot burger that stayed perfectly warm. The patties had that ideal crispy edge while maintaining a juicy flavor, layered with bacon, gooey golden cheese, red onion jam, and garlic aioli. The bun held everything together flawlessly, minimizing any slippage to ensure each bite was a glorious experience, complete with ample sauce for a wonderfully indulgent treat. The Cajun fries were crunchy, hot, and seasoned to perfection, and the black garlic mayo was absolutely a standout—be sure to try some of their sauces too! It was heartwarming to hear owner Steve and Grace discuss their shifts; it’s clear that Steve genuinely cares about his team, which reflects in their passion for creating excellent, indulgent food. "We are locals so this was hopefully a new pub for us to have as a local. It won't be noisy atmosphere. I booked 2 weeks beforehand asking for a quiet table, they had 2 weeks to secure one for us instead stuck in the middle with loads of noisy kids etc all around us. I asked to move but the empty tables were reserved? So if I had reserved how comes we could not move over ? We complained as eventually was moved upstairs, I should have had to do that. Food was ok slow service. We won't be returning they obviously don't care"

"The entire visit was a delight; the care taken by every member of staff to attend to every need and their faultless politeness was charming. The food was copious and extremely tasty and the drinks excellent. We were seated at a very comfortable spacious table near the window and left to take as long as we wished. The cost of the meal was much more realistic than we have encountered in many other places."

"100% of our opinion, this is the best restaurant in thanet. steve and cara work tirelessly in the open kitchen to ensure that the food is cooked to perfection. the personal is always friendly. we have recommended friends and family to this restaurant and everyone has loved it. perfect for couples, special nights outside, a Sunday roast and is child-friendly and dog-friendly. they make breakfast too! I had the mönchskorma omg last night! the seabass is stunning and steve makes the best shlit shoes and kaper. the insert is mouthwater and in any case try the broccolini! mixed with parmesan and chili. the restaurant is immaculate and very cozy with a great atmosphere. all products are bought before location and everything is fresh. as they can say, it is our favorite local restaurant and if they have not experienced it, in any case they give it a jump, but make sure they book in advance because it is always busy!"
