"The burger meal offer at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, priced at £8. I opted to upgrade for a Budweiser for an extra £1, making the total cost £7. The bar is great and they have games consoles downstairs which adds to the overall experience. The only downside is that the retro games barrel needs some buttons fixing. Overall, the price per person ranges from £1 to £10, the food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5."

"Volaré Preston Review 10 Stars out of 10 All I can say is magnifico, their chefs, their food, their, service, all of the staff, their delivery team, everything is fantastic. First class. We’ve tried various types of their pizzas every single one is fabulous absolutely fabulous, their meatballs are scrumptiously moreish, their stuffed mushrooms are delicious, their garlic breads woohooo! Absolutely everything, every order is always piping hot. If you don’t try Volaré you really are missing out on some seriously delicious food. Order, eat and enjoy, you can tell their food is made by Italians with real Italian ingredients. Anyone who goes to one of those (rip off/frozen) pizza chains you should try here and then you would discover how a real pizza should taste like. We’ve ordered food from for quite some time and nothing is ever too much trouble, we even receive, email, text and messenger notifications from them. "Reccommended to try here by a neighbour and certainly didn 't dissapoint. Pad Thai chicken noodles at heat level 7 perfect, enough bite without spoiling the taste and prawn green Thai curry with Jasmine rice was a delight. On the spur of the moment I ordered spring rolls,they were lovely and crisp without being overcooked or greasy and the chilli sauce one of the nicest we 've tasted. We couldn 't eat all the Pad Thai so just had it cold for lunch and still tastes yummy. It was really busy but kept updated on how long my order would be. All served with humour and a smile, the place is really clean, no horrid 'chippy ' smell, and great value for money. We will be going back"

"Placed my first ever order with this local takeaway for a curry night with family and friends and on a Monday, too! We were all impressed not least our little 2 year old visitor who demolished two dishes of paneer cheese dhasnak with great relish. I opted to collect the order and received a call 10 minutes before it was ready. All the curry dishes were waiting for me; I just had to wait 5 minutes whilst the busy chef plunged the breads in the fryer and counted out the poppadoms which were worth waiting for. All in all a lovely meal."

"Otherwise known as that Chicken Place on Cannon Street, you don’t have to be Tintin to suss that this is a place where Henry Chinaski would be at ease. Tucked away in a discrete side-street off the mostly pedestrianised Fishergate district and a stones throw from Winckley Square, it’s perfect for whiling away the hours gazing at your choice of sports. In true American style the screens are easily visible and cover more than one choice of sport including that peculiar version of rugby that our cousins across the Atlantic call football. Such inanities are suitably pondered over a lovely selection of CAMRA approved Real Ales. Given the inroads made by microbreweries in the US, chances are they’ll feel right at home. On to the food, it’s burgers, buttermilk chicken and fries with more than a casual nods to the vegans amongst us. As Korea discovered after the American incursion, wings and beer are a match made in heaven. The Buffalo sauce is exquisite! Potently pungent and tangy to boot. I suspect the wings are double fried for extra crisping, which is as they should be. The blue cheese sauce was a good ‘un. Well worth a trip even if you have no idea what deflategate was all about."
