"I came here a few weeks ago and had high hopes. The photos online looked amazing and i took some friends here too. We arrived an hour and a half before closing but the staff were closing up early. They said they weren't making more...fresh food so we could take a look at the menus and if they had anything on there left we could have that. Smoothies were good but me and my friend ordered pasta with chicken escalopes but the chicken was not cooked properly and parts were still frozen! Also, they asked if we wanted cheese and i said a little bit. They sent my pasta back with about handfuls of cheese (and the pasta portion was quite small). It was horrribly overpowering, the cheese was cheddar (not what you would normally put with tomato pasta) and tasted stale. Finally, the biggest mistake the staff made was putting bacon in my other friend's sandwich, even though she explicitly stated she was vegetarian and would like her sandwich without. Then, when she asked if they could make a new one as she cannot eat a sandwich with bacon grease on it, they told her to just take it out. Then when she asked for a new sandwich instead, it took them ages to make her another one. Terrible customer service and gross food. Only good thing was the drinks. Highly don't reccomend unless you're only popping in for a drink. Will not be coming back!"

This is my favourite stop for a bit of vegan grub up the high street. Staff are so friendly, reasonably priced and so much choice! Everything is so tasty, highly recommend

highly recommended. the food and the coffee were delicious. as a veggie I can sometimes find menus for the choice limited, but the veggie / vegan selection was spot on. the veggie brunch I had was amazing, will be definitiw back.

I've visited on several occasions recently and have always found the food to be good quality and fresh. The service excellent. They are also a dog-friendly cafe. The owner is very attentive and encourages feedback from his customers. A great cafe!

absolutely love this place, by far the best food for miles! I visit regularly and eating is always excellent, highly recommended. service is always fast and the personal is so friendly and welcoming. they also make tasty baked to take away. I'm too fond.

I came to the breakfast after my appointment was canceled in london. what a beautiful place. beautiful, spacious diner style stands, amazing coffee, breakfast and smoothies. faster service and amazing, friendly staff to boot! I'll be back soon. well done all involved!

As a self confessed coffee snob, Cloud easily serves the best coffee in the area. My partner and I frequent here often for the friendly service, excellent coffee and fantastic breakfasts. Their vegan options are plentiful and we are never disappointed, can’t wait to...visit again after lockdown.

(I think our servers name was Neil Vegan menu was delicious, lots of different options to choose from! We also didn’t realise they’re dog friendly which is...perfect! Thank you, we’ll be back

My boyfriend and I visited this place for lunch for the first time and we loved it! We ordered diet cokes, an English breakfast and a club sandwich that came with a few Pringles which was a lovely touch! Both were very yummy but...I’d say they were a little pricey. We sat outside in the back of the cafe which was cute!
