"The traditional regional kitchen, who is heavily influenced by French and German traditions in its best ways is delivered excellently in this Restaurant. We decided to have lunch after strolling the city at the end of our holidays and I saw the Boudin Noir (aka Black Pudding) on the menu and begged my family to enjoy our meal here It was no mistake at all. We tool a table outside and where bothered a little by some hungry wasps, but we know how to live with them and so it was not much of a hassle. The food was delicious, my kids went for the Piccata Milanese (escalope or Schnitzel called as well) and my wife had the Dibbelabbes one of Saarlands specialities. I tried all plates and was really surprised, a very rich meal, but not drowned in grease, but every single one with its own fine taste that made my day. The dressing for the salad was based on a French mustard sauce, but had an additional flavor added that I didn 't decipher completely, but it contained sesame and reminded a bit of Asian fusion kitchen and was very nice as well. Needles to say that the service of the host was very good, she explained everything without being arrogant or unfriendly and kept an eye on the customers wishes, we changed the side orders for the kids without any problem. The prices were reasonable and we didn 't wait much for the orders. An absolute recommendation for Saarbrücken."
