"restaurant in sermoneta, in the province of latina. We ordered two cutters (18 euros each) who should feed, according to the waiters, four people, but they were a little poor and maybe it was enough for just three hungry people. honor mention for the ricottina, very good, almost sugary. the rest, on the other hand, on the average of the cutters to be tractor to good, that is meat and cheese of poor quality but acceptable (read: no more or less than what you could find in a discount). As I first ordered a pistachio paste, arrived after a good waiting ogre (we are proud that they were served before customers arrived after us). the menu recited pistachio pesto, tomatoes, crisp cheeks and tropea onions. To me came a untuosissima yellowish paste (which is based on at least two tablespoons of oil) with pistachio granella, no visible or palatable pistachio pesto and an unbalanced onions afflicted in the oil above, all surrounded by a little tomato cut so still the crisp cheek. It is clear that no pistachio pesto has been made or used, so the dish does not even respect the one described in the menu and the vote I give is mainly due to this. And to think that I had chosen the dish by trusting me with some beautiful green dishes that I saw served at other tables. The waiters are young and kind, but the courses were not synchronized, neither for the first, nor for the desserts, leaving some embarrassment for the wait. Small adventure: we ate outdoors under the umbrellas. For a moment it was considered necessary to close them, because the wind was rising. Indi, we got up and witnessed the closure of the umbrellas. If not enough, the wind broke out shortly after and the August sun rose again more than ever after a few minutes. the complicated mechanism of opening the umbrellas persuaded the waiters to reopen them, so we make brown on the slow fire for the rest of the morning. some of the diners had to repair for most of the lunch under the shadow, sitting on a bench that was there near our table."

Very nice restaurant, you think you go into a cave, but it is a very nice restaurant in the heart of Sermoneta, where you can have excellent food! There are some nice pieces of modern paintings on the very antique walls!

a real surprise on the historic center of sermoneta. friendly and hospitable staff. fast, attentive and precise service. really good dishes, well presented, right portions and honest prices. a pleasant discovery. highly recommended.

we had drinks and a pizza. the personal was very friendly, but the pizza was not Italian. a little disappointed. we have the meaning (can not be right) that the crust was not made to house, which is not done by rough in italy. that is beautiful. but there are better places in sermoneta according to our opinion. but again: that was just the pizza. there could be better menu choices.

I had lunch in this restaurant with my girlfriend for her birthday. highly recommended. outdoor tables with view of the mountains behind sermoneta and with view of the norm. great lunch, especially pasta with mushrooms, extraordinary. quiet and welcoming atmosphere, staff and impeccable service. every request has been submitted. local restaurant, run by boys, welcome and great service! Congratulations to the girl who served us, I don't know her name, but she had red hair. typical food and quality, I recommend fettuccine to porcini mushrooms and especially get very hungry considering the portions. Unfortunately having booked the last dinner inside, the style is that of an inn, we will return to enjoy their menu on the panoramic terrace!

Sermoneta is a small lovely medioeval town located on mountains at South of Rome and next to Latina. If you have opportunity to visit this nice place and its castle, then don't miss Chichibio, a nice tavern located right on the central way of Sermoneta....It is simple family running place but fulfilled of relax and comfort. Tables are tiny and suited both for Summer and Winter times. Keepers are friendly and helpful. We tried turistic menu offer and we weren't disappointed.
