visited for lunch which extended into happy hour! new spring menu, navarin of lamb very delicious. great atmosphere and staff.

Great service and food was lovely. Cocktails were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. It was fairly busy even for midweek and this created a good atmosphere.

We were a group of four…. We had a lovely evening from start to finish. The staff were all very nice and helpful, and the food was delicious. Our second visit now, and will definitely return in the future. Voir le carte

Decided to visit for an early dinner last week. Welcoming, friendly, staff and nice atmosphere. It was already quite busy. We shared some nibbles (cauliflower was lovely) before having the beef stew and a chicken burger both really tasty and decent sized portions. The house white is very drinkable. Hope to return soon.

We came on the last day of the eat out scheme as we were on holiday. We were served quickly and politeley . We had a lamb dish, the king prawns and the chicken supreme, all of which were lovely and very good quality food.My only fault was that the wine seemed very expensive at £28 for a bottle, tho there were afew cheaper options of around £20. I would return here again tho!

We visited B12 this evening, the ambience of the environment was superb , with a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the food was disappointing. after a long wait after our starters we had to enquire if our food was ready , I don’t know if we had been forgotten but it came out a couple of minutes later. The portions were on the small side and the mains were completely over cooked! I ordered Hake with vegetables and the carrots were completely black and the parsnips rock solid. My partner had chicken which was so dry. We won’t be returning for food which is a real shame as we were really looking forward to our meal. Voir le carte

Took advantage of the last day of EOTHO and had a lovely evening there. With the COVID restrictions it does feel like more of a restaurant at the moment as the bar downstairs can only accommodate a few tables however it does have a lovely atmosphere. The menu is varied with a decent Vegan option on both the starters and mains, a more than extensive gin list and their own lager as well. The staff were all fantastic, really friendly, attentive, polite and couldn't do any more to help. The decor throughout is really nice, you've done a great job on it and the COVID precautions were reassuring as well. Really good all round, we'll definitely book again

It was a Monday night so we expected it to be quiet but were pleasantly surprised to find the place was buzzing, mostly at the front the bar area. The Covis19 arrangements were excellent and reasonably unobtrusive when we were shown to our table by a pleasant and efficient staff member. There were three of us and we all had different main dishes but shared very good breads, olives hummous etc. It would have been better if we had been given small plates. All the main courses brought satisfying smiles from us all. The music was not to our taste and had an intrusive booming but the staff very kindly turned it off for us and we heard each other well after that until a group of young ladies arriv...

We visited B12 for our grandsons birthday as he lives in Hailsham. The place was extremely busy and it looked like the staff were on the go constantly. We ordered our starters a mains and started having a chat between us. A full half hour later, we were told they didn't have one of the starters. Which was fine but to decide a full half an hour later it was not on the menu that night was a tad much. Surely, as soon as the order hit the kitchen, staff should have been informed and a replacement sought. Anyway, an hour later, we were starting to feel hungry and I think staff noticed and were sent over to get another drinks order from us. Another full 1/2 an hour later, the food started to appea...
