Chan's - Carte

Nice hot and sour soup, not many Chinese do this right. Curry a little spicy for the kids. King prawn Scheztwan style delicious, as was the Chicken Chow Mein. Definitely go again.

This is the nicest Chinese in chard. The chicken satay skewers are amazing. The man that takes the ordering is really nice can be quiet at times but hes lovely. The food is also really quick.

We ordered take away food from here and really enjoyed it. The menu was varied including a lot of vegetarian options which for a Chinese is unusual. The food tasted delicious. We were impressed. Voir le carte

I was disappointed to find small, soggy pieces of squid in my dish that cost 50p. The squid was barely noticeable. I have had much better squid at other takeout places. The rest of the meal was just okay.

I recently tried a new restaurant and it was truly exceptional. I opted for the delicious rice bowl and topped it off with a crispy cracker for an extra crunch. The staff was very friendly and there were beautiful money plants throughout the restaurant to enjoy.

Lovely take-away from Chan's as usual and enjoyed by all the family. Reasonably priced, we were served by a serious but friendly person behind the counter. Only a 15-20 minute wait and as we live 4 miles away it was perfectly timed and ready, The...food was still hot by the time we got home. Voir le carte

I love Chan's take-away, there's some really special items on the menu. The Mongolian crispy lamb starter is my new duck in pancakes, something I never thought beaten. The salt and pepper chicken or squid is brilliant. Kung po chicken, Singapore noodles, and the Thai...style rice is awesome. Brilliant.

After experiencing many disappointing Takeaway options in Chard, particularly the unclean Indian food establishments, I decided to give Chinese food a try. Having spent some time in Hong Kong, I have been generally unimpressed with Chinese cuisine in Britain. However, my experience at Joy Chans was a delightful surprise! Each dish was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. The crispy duck was indulgent and the sweet and sour pork had large, meaty pieces rather than fatty ones. Overall, it was a total yum yum! Just be aware that they currently only offer takeaway options.

a takeaway ordered, had roasted shredded chicken, that was okay, little soggy, but the best part of the meal, 2 portions of tasteless boiled rice. lemon huhn, that is the worst thing I ever had, I'm sure that the was boiled and it was. only wedge between cut lemons. in it saturated, so nothing could taste, except butter lemon juice, crispy bark was the last straw, no taste, not crispy at all. the large part of the bark was fat and disgusting. during a time in which many places are closed, this could have been a perfect time to win customers, unfortunately the opposite for me and my family, who are very pleased with their competitive reopening.
