"we stayed in this restaurant at home worldly today at lunch me and my family, very nice and well-kept location with excellent food and raw material excellent wine card very wide and complete as well as a great service from the very attentive and friendly waiters like Mr. Filippo who welcomed us very cordially. We also bought excellent wines from their products at really good prices in relation to the quality offered . for me five stars deserved so much. very recommended good"

"A relatively simple menu and a familiar service, very good, simply prepared dishes still well balanced and well maintained in flavors and spices. We went for the standard tasting menu as many others reported when we as an Italian, trained in multi-course meals since early age, comfortable. Since we are good in our Middle Ages, the tasting of first courses, which was somewhat less plentiful than a complete dish was a blessing in disguise: it lets us come to dessert in good enough shape to enjoy it fully. The price was very good, especially considering that water and wine are included, and the manager even drank us for drinking too much water and to litres, good red wine. We especially enjoyed the farm to fork (zero-km distance) flattening of goat cheese and sausages, from the shop over the street, and the first two courses: grease succinne wide infusions in rabbit meat sauce and agnolotti (small bovine filled ravioli). One of the second courses, grilled Steak Tagliata (ground) was good, but less different than the rest when the grilled vegetables on the side were fresh and very tasty. Desserts were top: we had handmade cream ice cream affogato (dried, soaked) in Bicierin (a sweet coffee with chocolate and liqueur), Tangerine sorbet and a cream pudding (dink of Crème caramel without caramel) flavored with local typical Crumiri biscuits. "Ragazzi, questa è quella che viene definita una piacevolissima sorpresa!!! Volendo visitare Cella Monte siamo passati davanti a questo locale, che ci ha colpiti (a tal punto da farci fermare con la macchina) e convinti a fermarci per pranzo. L’esterno vanta una terrazza, con dei tavoli dove si può mangiare in tranquillità, godendo di un bel paesaggio collinare rilassante come pochi. Il menu propone poche scelte, ma semplici, tradizionali e che vanno dritte al punto, senza troppi fronzoli o raffinatezze che stonerebbero con l’atmosfera del locale. I piatti scelti sono stati tutti all’altezza delle aspettative (a voler fare i pignoli, il mio hamburger al sangue era un po’ troppo corto), così come i calici bevuti con estremo sollievo, considerato il caldo di quel giorno. La tartare di mia moglie e il tomino, che ho preso come accompagnamento all’hamburger, sono ricordi ancora vivi nella memoria delle mie papille gustative, tanto erano buoni! Il dolce è stato la ciliegina sulla torta, ma ormai ero già conquistato dal mio pranzo appena consumato. Finito di mangiare, ho scambiato quattro chiacchiere con uno dei proprietari e si capisce subito quanto ci tenga al suo locale e quanto si dia da fare per portare avanti un’attività in un posto tanto bello, quanto poco frequentato. Unico appunto che mi sento di fare è quello di valorizzare un po’ di più l’interno del locale e soprattutto dedicare maggiori cure al bagno, che ho trovato troppo trascurato per il numero di clienti che erano presenti a quell’ora. In conclusione, consiglio assolutamente una visita a Cella Monte (magari ve ne parlo in un’altra recensione) e suggerisco decisamente una sosta ristoratrice (e rilassante) al 365 Monferrato"

"The place is nested into Monferrato hills, the pleasure of driving through small countryside paths give way to the pleasure of arriving and being welcomed as part of the family, with professional and very competent personnel. The wine list is superb, done by a sommelier and presented by her too! Piedmont is one of top ranking (if not the top ranking) region for wine. Babette 's House (so translates into English) have a choice of Piedmont wines that you would try to get one after other in a raw... the problem being now who 's driving you back to hotel... Meals are lovely too, prepared with grande gusto . I chose the local carne battuta , minced raw meat from a special cow breed, very very tender. Not to be compared with the usual raw meat with the egg on top. It 's a feast for the mouth, and the tenderness is really unique. Following appetizer was vitello tonnato . Perfect. To taste well recipe should blend meat and tuna sauce together, as a duo in concert. Result was excellent. Bravo! Piedmont is the homeland of rice in Italy, alongside motorway you can spot so many rice field, but we 're not in Asia. I fancied a risotto al Barbera con salsiccia that is rice cooked with Barbera wine and sausage. Again each and every ingredient got perfectly assembled, without sausage taste taking the leadership, on the contrary. You could still recognize all subtle flavours of Barbera. What to add more? Nothing, I did not touch dessert as was delighted with risotto and appetizers. Lovely cozy place, interior very well arranged, several rooms to dine. A secret gem when travelling to Piedmont, not to be missed. Thanks a lot, Grazie mille!"
