every time we return, we remain pleasantly satisfied. the reserved attention of corn and the delicious but delicate dishes of the chef always leave us the desire to return. at the top of the course of the ground degotation menu the ravioli of galletto.

Ristorante assolutamente consigliato sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per il prezzo adeguato. Siamo nel Monferrato ma il piatto di pescato del giorno era davvero ottimo e ben cucinato. Dolci molto buoni, pesca ripiena eccellente. Servizio adeguato. Location curata ma essenziale. Se capitate da queste parti è assolutamente consigliato.

SUBLIME !!!! commento più che sufficiente, dall 'aperitivo al menù degustazione ' terra ' tutto ottimo, materia prima eccellente, persino pane e grissini fatti da loro, vino ottimo, dolcetti con il caffè, attenti all 'esigenza di evitare le nocciole per mio figlio allergico, servizio impeccabile sia del titolare che della cameriera....direi non consigliato, ma DI PIù !!!!!! grazie per l 'ottima cena Voir le carte

We had a lovely meal in this restaurant in the tiny village of Treville. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. We weren't very hungry and ordered only one course (which seemed to annoy the Maitre D' , but despite that we received a small and tasty amuse bouche/entree of fried fish, spinach croquette, potato croquette blueberry juice before our meals arrived. The portions are a little on the small side so you probably are better off coming here for a full meal with several courses.

I've come back in this restaurant a Thursday night, with two Israeli friends. My expectations have not been betrayed, on the contrary I can add new fabulous memories of this place. My friends were beyond any paradise, enthusiastic of the atmosphere, of the wines and especially of the food, put on a plate in an artistic way, so creative and innovative without forgetting the Monferrato traditions. If you want an experience like a Michelin star restaurant, don't hesitate to go to Hosteria Treville!

Ristorante di altissima qualità, una perla nascosta a Treville. Vale assolutamente una visita, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi, tutto squisito, e tutti i piatti vengono anticipati da un piccolo amuse-bouche per pulire la bocca. Un servizio quasi da ristorante stellato, davvero complimenti. Raramente metto 5 stelle su tutto ma questa volta è stato tutto perfetto davvero, la tranquillità dell'ambiente poi, la vista mozzafiato... c'è anche la possibilità di fare un menù desgustazione volendo. Ristotante piccolo,molto intimo e ben curato.Servizio semplicemente impeccabile,abbiamo scelto il menù alla carta,tutti i piatti buonissimi soprattutto la battuta di vitellona con carciofi acciughe e robiola...un mix incredibile...strepitosa.Se proprio devo trovare un unico piccolo difetto è stato l'impiattamento che,visto il livello del posto a parte la battuta bella e squisita non pagava molto l'occhio.Per finire con una chicca c'è anche la carta degli amari di cui sono un appassionato.Complimenti, ci rivedremo a pranzo per godere con la luce del giorno il bellissimo panorama del mio amato Monferrato.

From the moment you sit down, you know you are in for a special meal at Treville. The owner, who was also our waiter, decorated the dining room with his own creations,everything from art on the wall down to the dinner plates on the table. His professionalism in service is 1st class without being pretentious, and the food..... beautifully presented and delicious. They had a fixed course menu, seafood or meat, but both of us would have to have the same meal, so we couldn't go that route, but still everything we ordered al la carte was fantastic. Check in advance if/when they are open. The owner, as the story goes, used to operate a Michelin starred restaurant, and has retired to Treville.
