The perception of aesthetic care has been overcome by the quality of the courses and the First to the flight has turned into a dinner that has pleasantly caught us all evening! All of it from appetizers to dessert! Congratulations on the care of the details that have appeared the view and taste (that here is really 100 . If you are in Rieti stop and enjoy it!"

That's the third time I buy. The first without chips, the second with double chips and now only sandwich again. Honestly only sandwiches for 12/14€ is not worth it.

With friends we ordered from take away 4 supersucculent sandwiches!!!! We were all very satisfied: my was a sepia black sandwich with octopus and thrown. Really a show. Surely I will go back to try the others who have taken my friends!!! Average prices.

Local in the center of Rieti that proposes a cuisine quite sought after. All very good, prices not too high. Good fries and excellent pasta Mari and Monti with truffles, prawns and burrata. Great restaurant where gourmet sandwiches really good! Cute and welcoming also the environment, friendly staff. The account maybe a little high, but the products are of excellence. I'm curious to taste more than the sandwiches, the menu is not very vast, but there are several great things to try.

Don't touch it! We booked at 22 for dinner and having wrong way we arrived with 15 minutes late. Despite this, they made us sit but treated us as if they were doing us a favor. The menu had little choice and many dishes we asked didn't have them available. We asked for the bill and the waiter told us how much he was in front of the other people in the room. I put 1 star because zero can't put them. If I'd known they'd be so rude, I'd rather they wouldn't let us book/sede for that hour.

"Quattro stelle, per la grande cortesia e affabilità della proietaria che esprime una passione per il suo lavoro e per il giovane studente di economia che si occupa del servizio: è stato davvero piacevole poter liberamente confrontarci su alcuni temi inerenti il mondo della ristorazione e del biologico. Bella la forma della cooperativa che collabora coi produttori locali per la salvaguardia del patrimonio enogastronomico che esalta le eccellenze locali. Il locale è gradevolmente arredato in modo attuale e semplice. Bella la selezione musicale perfetta per la conversazione. Riguardo al menù, tutto improntato sul territorio con tocchi di creatività sempre utilizzando prodotti biologici del territorio. Occorre scindere la recensione riguardo ai piatti in due: riguardo i primi piatti nulla di eccellente, nella norma; tortelli di zucca con patate e guanciale: se da una parte il ripieno e la crema esaltavano i sapori dall'altro lo spessore della pasta del raviolo annullava quel sapore. Consigli una soglia decisamente più sottile che esalti il contenuto. Anche gli stracci androdocani non hanno eccelso: sono una sorta di cannellone di crespella ripieno. Ecco qui la sfoglia era sottile ma il riepieno era piuttosto scarso. Sopra un sugo al pomodoro ma il tutto uccido dall'eccesso di formaggio sul piatto che ne copriva il gusto. Ma qui la svolta: i secondi meritano pienamente le stelle: lonza di maiale con salsa di castagne davvero eccellente come anche l'agnello arrosto era sublime, non eccessivamente grasso ma soprattutto non sapeva di selvaggio. Ottimi i dolci: un budino di Maroni con zabaione e una nocciolosa, ovvero una sorta di semifreddo djinocciole e copertura di cioccolato. Simpatico l'entree che ci viene offerto come anche il vino proposto alla mescita anche se personalmente amo vini più strutturati e corposi. Credo che il percorso di ricerca che è stato avviato possa dare i risultati sperati nel tempo"
