Lots of staff but are super slow and could not care . Way too slow considering we need to catch flight.

Not the best coffee. Maybe try adding more! Latte just like warm milk. Americano is also weak. Staff are coping well though as it’s really busy.

The staff was completely unhelpful and operated at a snail's pace. We ended up leaving and opted for takeout from the restaurant next door. When we returned, we noticed the people who were in line ahead of us were still waiting after 20 minutes—totaling over 30 minutes of waiting. Overall, I would rate the service and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.

I was greeted by a very polite young man with exceptional customer service skills, who was very helpful and cheery. However, The young lady on the drinks station should definitely take a leaf out of the young man’s book as her attitude was disgusting. Scowl looks when asked if I wanted strawberry sauce on my frappe. No attention to time, my mothers flat white was luke warm once we were seated, Didn’t appreciate the attitude when we were nothing but polite back.

It's after 5pm. It isn't busy. The back area is closed for *cleaning*. The area at the front is filthy. Tables with used crockery and spills on cleared tables. The staff are not busy and are physically leaning on the counters. I've never once actually thought of saying if you've got time to lean you've got time to clean but this could be the first time. A woman just knocked on the glass counter for service as there's no one behind the till. What a joke. I get this is an Airport but basic hygiene would be nice. Voir le carte
