"Went for a birthday meal out. Was very busy when we arrived. We had booked. They took our drinks order which only arrived when we were seated and drinks order was wrong. Slow service and after taking our order it took over 30 minutes for the starter to arrive after we had asked where it was for the waiter snapped there is a party upstairs Again we had to wait for the main course. We had seafood fettuccine and chicken and chorizo paella. The seafood fettuccine was missing the seafood. And the paella was more peas than chicken. Felt like we were served packet food. We felt it wasn 't value for money. The party upstairs we felt was given priority. When we asked for the bill it was the quickest service of the evening."

To be honest it wasn't the most tasty breakfast I've ever had it was just meh. And at £15 for a full English and a coffee I expected considerably more.

Recently, we visited this nice location. We had nice breakfast and we spent lovely time with some friends. The location is beautiful, clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Great choice of food. Really cosy and pretty restaurant near the cathedral. Main and starter course deal was great value with good options and steak was perfectly cooked. Would recommend for any occasion.

This is the second time we have been on the last month. It is such a fabulous place. It is the only restaurant I know where an individual can have paella. Usually paella is for two. The food was exceptional.

Very disappointed. It stated in bold print ‘Rissotto’ on the menu , when questioned where is the Rissotto . I was told in an off hand way , it’s a misprint . The carbonara was cold and lacked flavour . Very poor value for money .

Went there recently as a group and confirmed my previous experience of being one of the worst restaurants in Lincoln! Food is no better than average home cooking, staff have little interest or interaction. When there are other good and friendly restaurants in the area steer clear of this one

Absolutely beautiful meal with friends today whilst shopping in Lincoln. We were lucky enough to get a table without booking. We had the Beef Bourguignon and a Steak meal. The food was delicious and the wines were great. The food flavours were perfect, the beef melted in your mouth. Service was good and efficient, we will definitely be back.

No children's menu, not told this until I asked despite having 4 children making up our group of 8. I ordered pasta arrabiatta, ordered fish and chips for the children to share and my husband ordered the burger. The pasta was so overcooked it fell to pieces as I tried to pick it up on my fork. Sauce was watery and tasteless. The fish was very greasy, chips were obviously the dregs of a bag and all about half an inch long. Burger was OK but no salad/ green with it, literally a burger in a bun and chips. Customer service very minimal, no one asked if everything was OK with our food, not very friendly. Would definitely not recommend and massively overpriced for such poor quality.
