Café Juliette At Harrods

It should definitely be better, considering it's Harrods! I'm quite disappointed. The staff was rude, and no one seemed to know what was happening.

Best cafe I have ever been to! Proper luxury everything in there is just nice scones you don’t want to miss out on the scones come out warm, with thick clotted cream and jam so you can fill it how you like.

Very kind service, and beautiful dining. The servers are amazing and patient, the non-vegans in our party loved their food but wish they had a few more vegan options. The sweet potato salad was very good without the feta, but the avocado toast was much too citrusy. Voir le carte

Oh experience was Ok. Some staff were great, some perhaps required more training. We got the impression the cafe hadn’t been open long and was still finding its feet? We hope to return at a later date and it feel more established. Food and wine was lovely plus the service was quick. Thank you.

This place is always bustling when you're looking for a quick bite. We were fortunate to get a table within 30 minutes. The food was delicious as always, and today we had an exceptional server who went above and beyond to ensure that my wife wouldn't have an allergic reaction to the ingredients in the dishes we ordered. Bravo!

Nice place, although unfortunately a let down by the hostess at the front, she asked would you like to start with stoll or sparkling water, to which I replied can we have tap water? And i got a huff and an eye roll. Incredibly judgemental and unprofessional. The food was good quality. I had the salmon bagel and you really got a lot of food for your money. Harrods Café is situated on the third floor of the Harrods store, making it a fantastic spot for a coffee break, complete with exceptional service and a delightful menu. The Tiramisu is a must-try! The Americano coffee is flavorful as well. The café offers a comfortable, elegant, and cozy atmosphere, though it features only indoor seating with no outdoor options. If the café is busy, you may have to wait in line, but the queue moves quickly.

I could not make a reservation about the website of the caffe, so a table over opentable booked. at the arrival mentioned a worker quite arrogant that they did not have any bookings under my name and asked the confirmation email. the situation and the way in which the staff spoke to us have made us feel unwilling. I also found during the booking that we celebrate a special occasion, but nothing was done or recognized, although I mentioned this after the understanding that the booking was not recorded by its system. food came at once, but expects desserts to be served at the end. blank plates were not taken out of the table and cutlery was not prov...

I ordered the lobster roll, which consisted of four small pieces of lobster, some crushed avocado, and two or three tiny pieces of tomato with thinly sliced onion, all of which felt quite dry. There was no sauce or dill as mentioned on the menu, which gave the impression that the restaurant was cutting corners on quality. On the positive side, the strawberry tart was better and beautifully presented, but it too was very dry. I also tried two different types of cocktails, and they looked and tasted exactly the same.
