"With my boyfriend we found out about this place thanks to year discount book we bought for Koblenz and the area. The book gives you variety of discounts in coffee places, bars, restaurants, hotels, beauty salons, clothes shops, etc., so it's a good stimulator to...explore new places if you live in the area. Pfefferminzje is located on a small street in the old city of Koblenz (Alte Stadt) this makes it a little bit hidden from the eyes, which is quite charming for me. The coffee place is vegan/vegetarian and they promote this also through the products they sell like the ducks figures on my photo. I liked this place because it has meaning behind its creation to respect animals, to be keep internal balance and harmony, etc. I liked the extract from the book they've placed with the explanation why they've decided to name it Pfefferminzje. The prices are affordable and I would not say expensive. Each of us ordered French breakfast which contains big croissants per person, bio marmalade, butter, honey and coffee. Additionally we've ordered Vitamin bomb big glass of homemade yoghurt, apples and sunflower pumpkin seeds. And I honestly can say that the yoghurt tasted like homemade one. I come from Bulgaria and my mom very often prepares such yoghurt with a milk from the neighbors's cow, so I know the taste For all that the regular price was around euros, which is absolutely ok. If you visit the Pfefferminzje in a sunny day be sure you will take a place in their hidden garden which is lovely and super green. Sitting outside is also nice, it is the opposite of a galery and the whole street has quite artistic atmosphere alongside with the beautiful old buildings. Enjoy"

Cake and pancakes are very good. Before letting you know that you are a celiac, a separate preparation takes place.

A cosy little restaurant/bistro where you can eat delicious vegan/vegetarian food. Try the vegetarian breakfast buffet an sunday.

Terrasse in front and a gorgeous one at the back. Good vegetarian food. Local and seasonal products. But you have to wait for your meal if the terraces are full. Take banknotes, no credit card.

So beautiful. The restaurant is located in a calm area with a nice terrace. The waitress welcomed us with a big smile and spoke french with us. The prices aren't expensive and it's a dog friendly restaurant. The vegan curry wurst is really good.

I had a bad time in this restaurant. the food was good, but the service was completely overwhelmed and could not cope with the workload. we waited an hour to get our food coming. the personal has been roughly busy with guests who have opted for their own table (as is customary in Germany, unless there are signs that you have to take on place). they discussed with each other, complained about the guests and colleagues before others. eating was good, but too expensive. may not recommend.

the restaurant has a beautiful seating area in the open in an inn. I went there for brunch and they had several vegan options, such as broth rolls with cold cuts and spreads, an fruit yoghurt dish, tofu scramble, and vegan pancakes. the food was tasty when we got it, but there were a few hazzles on the way. Some of the menu items had expired, and some had supposedly run out, but we finally did. the waiters did not know what some of the dishes were made of. As soon as we have our orders, some articles were missing. everything in all, the personal seemed to be very confused, which is a pity, because the place and eating otherwise are very nice.

If you want to experience the German Gemütlichkeit this is just the place. As you may know, I grew up in Koblenz. And you may know as well, I love food, even more when eating out (for years, before I was married, I had a...sign in my kitchen saying if God wanted me to cook, why did he invent all this nice restaurants then... ; So having lived in Koblenz or in its area for more or less half of my life, I know almost all of the nice places and this sure is one of them. It is, as rated, very good. If you expect the meal of your life you would possibly need to travel elsewhere. Koblenz is not a city where you will have the gourmet food Munich, Berlin ... have to offer, but again, if you are a go...

We decided to visit Koblenz and looked up our options the day before. We had a couple of places we could have a vegan lunch at and after seeing the Pfefferminzje, once in the city, we decided to eat here. It's in the old city,...the area is lovely for a stroll, full of shops and restaurants and interesting buildings and monuments. The bistro is placed in a quiet but charming street. There are several vegan options but also vegetarian ones. We had the Pfannkuche, a sort of crepe/pancake, filled with ratatouille, with a side salad, and the homemade patties with an aioli sauce and side salad. It was all delicious and tasty. Prices for the main dishes on the menu were between and euro so definit...
