"Eigentlich hätte ich bei der Reservierung schon stutzig werden sollen. Ich wollte über openTable eine Reservierung machen (wie ich es oft tue!). Das Tool funktionierte nicht, also schrieb ich ans Purino eine Email. Als Antwort bekam statt einer Bestätigung: Doch - das tool funktioniert - bei mir geht es auch...Sie haben da was falsch gemacht.....ähm Nein habe ich nicht und selbst wenn - Kundenkommunikation geht anders - das aber nur mal am Rande.Der nette Mann hinter dieser Email war nach einigem hin- und her dann so nett und hat die Reservierung aufgenommen.Vor Ort dann zum Frühstück: Die Getränkebestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und kam auch schnell - und dann sassen wir erstmal eine Stunde ehe überhaupt was passierte. Es kam niemand um eine Reservierung aufzunehmen. Wir haben gewunken, gerufen und sind an den Tresen - man sagte uns es komme jemand und wieder verging einige Zeit. Das Lokal war 1/3 gefüllt. Irgendwann kam eine Servicekraft die sich entschuldigte und uns sagte: sorry, wir hatten heute morgen eine Schulung und danach musste meine Kollegin gleich weg! Irgendwann nach ca. 1,5h fast zur lunchzeit hatten wir dann unser Frühstück. Das war soweit ganz gut und schmackhaft.Das vielfältige, angepriesene selbstgebackene Brot kam dann ebenfalls - allerdings nur eine Sorte - das helle Ciabatta....die Servicekraft sagte dann ungefragt zu uns: sorry wir haben nur noch diese eine Sorte - SIE sind zu spät dran. Wir haben ihr dann erklärt, dass wir schon 1,5 Stunden da sitzen und um 10 Uhr frühstücken wollten und mittlerweile schon fast 12 ist - als Antwort meinte sie dann frech: dann hätten Sie reservieren müssen! Das lass ich jetzt einfach mal so stehen.Fazit: wir kommen nicht wieder. Eine bodenlose Frechheit und ungeschultes Personal. Da gibt es bessere Lokationen im Umkreis."

"we came to eight years ago regularly to eat a little bit after our dancing course. a test to two showed that it still tastes very well in the backstubb: we had a rumpsteak medium with tomato, olive and cheese baked as well as a tiroler carving, with raw ham and cheese baked and pommes, slightly thicker cut; the mixed salad plate, made with an interesting dressing, there was on the front. and the fourth dry late burgunder is still to have 4 euro.The service is friendly, the ambiente "good bourgeois." a native with 10 herren and a cube round with 6 damen came into the otherwise already well visited place.The spatialities, somewhat refreshed, the toilets, a little windy card could be a little bit cold in the equipment."

"ea is a little old bake the device, but ok, you can take it. but what I can't have if someone from the group I was with for dinner gets his ordered food with a big distance from the others. that's unprofessional. that one or the other gets something on the bill, which was not at all, is not the true one. "Vorab: natürlich kann ich nur unsere eigenen Erfahrungen schildern: Dieses Wochenende Essen über Lieferbär bestellt. Lieferung wurde in ca. 60 Minuten versprochen. Nachdem nach 1,5 Stunden noch niemand da war, erfolgte durch uns ein Anruf in der Pizzeria. Wir bekamen die Antwort, dass die Lieferung in Kürze erfolgt. Natürlich ist nichts passiert. Nach über 2,5 Stunden haben wir wieder dort angerufen. Diesmal kam die Aussage, der Fahrer hätte die Adresse nicht gefunden : . Naja, es gibt ja Navis oder Handys. Zumal wäre ein Anruf bei uns auch sicher hilfreich gewesen. Aber anscheinend hält man dort nichts davon die Kunden zu informieren. Das ganze Thema hat sich dann tatsächlich über mehr als 4 Stunden hingezogen, ohne dass eine Lieferung erfolgt ist. Stornierung natürlich durch uns. Geld zurückgefodert. Bis zum nächsten Tag keine Erstattung erhalten. Paypal wurde zur Klärung beauftragt."
