"Staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. But no idea what happened to the food! 2 mixed grills ordered. One medium , one medium rare. Both were medium rare and tough, sausages missing off one, chicken missing off the other, tomato missing off one, a member of staff did rush out with 2 sausages just prior to me going to ask where they were. Both people in our party said their grill wasn’t hot. 2 festive salmon dishes were lovely but again food wasn’t hot. 2 children’s deserts were meant to be topped with strawberry, not a strawberry in site, try telling a 4 year old and a 2 year old where Santas hat had gone. The pre ordered deserts we had to ask for as they seemed to have forgotten. A after eight sundae arrived with loads of after eights in but whole! Very difficult to negotiate around the sundae glass. I’ve had this at another brewers fayre and they were cut into pieces). Whoever made this needs lessons in presentation. But thanks for the 9 in total after eight mints.
