was taken here on our bus trip in hamburg to coffee and cake. it was included in our travel price, so I can not make any details about the trips. the coffee was very good and was served hot in single cans. cakes were also good. most important in a bus trip is that the toilets were very clean. sitting outside, beautiful view over the lake direction hamburg.

this could be a really great caffe. it is located right next to the lake for boating, has a large menu and the quality of eating is good. Inside it is very dark and on hot days it can become quite claustrophobic, so many visitors would prefer to sit outside in the wide open-air area at midday. the problem is that this whole area is left to smokers who seem to have no idea of respecting others while eating. the result is an unbearable constant smoke cloud that rises from all directions - it is as if you go back to some of the worst times in which people insisted to smoke during eating. incredible, unhealthy and perishable. bring back healthy fresh air and make it smoke-free outside!
