Took my elderly fussy mum for lunch and even she didn't have a problem lol. Great choice menu and will help in any way to get food/drink just as you like it.

We came in for morning coffee. My cappuccino was very good. The cafe was very busy, the staff were friendly and the prices lower then most places. The food looked excellent.

I don't drink tea or coffee but love going in here for slices of their homemade cake amazing and different selections when O go in. Im usually in a rush and it is no trouble for them to pack it up as a takeout.

Although a small cafe, they do amazing food and all are on blackboards, with so much choice. Fabulous hot chocolate with the works !!! Also licensed premises so add a drop of Baileys to your coffee. Cakes are available too. Great place to meet friends for lunch. Voir le carte

The food was lovely however I question the hygiene of a particular worker who dipped their hands into the flapjack jar then started eating it behind the counter, then started preparing someone's drinks and not even washing hands: I was looking from my table and felt uneasy.

This café bar has everything you could wish for. Breakfasts are served until 11.30 everyday and then great choice for lunch. Many sandwiches, panninis, salads toasties etc. The specials board nearly always has two warm lunch items on. Today there was a pork sandwich and a black pudding, chorizo and chicken salad. Soups are heavenly, all home made. Today was pea and ham. I would recommend the Omelette and the lite bite Bacon and smoked salmon. Delicious!If there is anything on the menu which you want to alter slightly this never causes a problem as all the food is freshly made on the premises. The resident chefs do a marvellous job.I have been going to this café now for upwards of four years...

A few times a year Blend opens on a Saturday evening for a gourmet food evening. We have been to many of these themed evenings and have enjoyed every one of them. Last night was no exception. The Yorkshire Bistro Evening was a foodie heaven. Great choices including for Starters Smoked Whitby fish pate, and my choice a delicious Pigeon Breast from the Swinton Estate. For my main course I chose the Belly Pork which came with a black pudding mash and a wonderful mild mustard sauce. My wife had the North Sea Hake, delicious. The Bistro was fully booked and no wonder. The food served up was first class. I highly recommend these evenings for anyone who enjoys good tasty food at a sensible price. L... Voir le carte
