The place is nicely decorated, the food was really good and the personnel very friendly.

Visited this establishment for breakfast and really glad we did The food was fabulous, and the service was spot on.

Walked in looking for lunch, warm welcome from staff, cosy feel (nicer than STA Bill's). Great menu, reasonably priced with a good selection of dishes. Ample portions, definitely one of the nicer resto's on Watford High Street. I am sure we will visit again.

Visited Bills for the first time recently with my daughter and had a lovely breakfast. Service was speedy but we never felt rushed with the staff being kind and helpful with choices too. The pancakes we both had were excellent and the turmeric latte was...brilliant too.

Visited today at We asked for a table for and the manager said he didn’t have anything free for an hour. Seemed odd as the restaurant was half empty with lots of tables free. On leaving I then checked the website and there...were plenty of tables available at (unfortunately I can’t upload the screen shots). Poor service from Bills. Where do I start… service was awful with waitress telling me it wasn’t her table so she couldn’t take my order. Food was good but presentation wasn’t great the restaurant was quite full with people chatting but yet we could still hear someone within the...kitchen shouting at another member of staff which I think is disgusting could see the manager and waiters just staring through the kitchen and not saying a thing this is no way to treat your staff and I certainly won’t be coming back shame on you bills Watford

After visiting Watford for a little shopping trip , we decided to have breakfast out. We came across Bills in the high street, looked a lovely place, and after reading the menu we thought yes , it looks lovely. The atmosphere was great, beautiful place...inside, but once our full breakfast came it was a disappointment. The plate was cold and the food was luke warm, I was going to send it back but decided not too, as we were staving. Good quality breakfast just the temperature let it down, it wasn’t busy so there was no excuse really. The gentleman came over to ask if everything was ok, I did tell him that it wasn’t hot and he did say he would go and heat it up but I didn’t just wanted it to...

Visited for Valentine's lunch with my partner. I had devilled chicken skewers, crispy chicken and sesame dumplings, carrot cake doughnuts, and a matcha coconut latte. He had steak and eggs, a warm triple chocolate brownie, and tropical juice. I absolutely loved everything I ordered, everything...was delicious and quite unique I'd never eaten anything like the carrot cake doughnuts before and they were gorgeous. My partner, on the other hand, wished he'd ordered something a little more exciting as he said his food was pretty average and nothing to write home about.
