"very elegant place inside a complex/stabilization with a stunning view of the sea and the vesuvius. chef very prepared with excellent skills and techniques even if a bit strict not allowing to order an out menu from the swallowing menu. we have consumed the menu high tide of course to euro, excellent: Welcome, a parmigiana of the sea. the potato flan with emulsion of sea urchin and zucchini really great especially if you brought to the mouth the flan with the curly, all the sharp flavors that well got married. it surprised us in positive the cacio and pepper with tuna carpaccio, zucchini and ginger, the only defect that at the end of the dish the tuna has released a little oil that contrasted the emulsion cacio and pepper.
