"restaurant with michelin star absolutely deserved. Very nice local menu, interesting, excellent raw materials, beautiful and panoramic preparations and scaling, the right portions (looking not discounted especially in a star). excellent experience, to be repeated. pay attention to intolerances with good alternatives. the experience is all hungry; sin for the staff. being a star, I am allowed to notice details, which normally in a restaurant you can also fly over, but here not, and it is the reason for my stars instead of staff ready to recite the explanation of the dishes, but if you ask questions. panic and wrong answers; for one in particular rather disturbed attitude; little attention to the service performed incorrectly in placing the dish and taking it away, as well as for the service of cutlery and wine. It was precisely that we were in a table in a comfortable position that allowed the can to turn from the waiter. the tables are few, the slow rhythms, so the attention to a perfect service is necessary in this type of room. as a defect I also add the not presence of the chef, which at least once during the evening could pass to make a greeting between the tables; would have been very appreciated. sin that the table should choose the same degotation menu. . although it is now practice of many restaurants to make this choice, in my opinion limiting. beautiful idea to make bath towels sponge towels, although little hygienic especially in this period of covid; moreover if you want to do so you have to recharge clean because only for all customers who maybe take two steps to the services are not enough not to have alternatives on where to dry your hands. all this does not take that I highly recommend the experience in this place."

"On our holiday we visited this place twice. The first visit we enjoyed and was seated in the courtyard. The service was very slow and we were placed on the corner table and we watched others come in after us and were served much quicker. They even had food ordered and delivered while we were still waiting to order! Other reviews I have read on here mentioned black stuff dropping on them. After two visits we can confirm, we all left with black charcoal like flecks over us, so do not wear anything light or precious! Even though the service was slow, we enjoyed the food, so we returned! What a mistake! Again we all had to turn and stare at the waiters to order! We were happy to be placed yet again in the courtyard on the corner table! This time we were ignored even more than before! We ordered two pasta dishes, one veal and a pizza! We ordered drinks and food at the same time finally after about 25 mins for fear of not being noticed again! The Carbonara was not as good as previously, the veal however was lovely! When the young waiter with glasses served us with our food and asked who had ordered what, he acted very oddly and rudely to me when I confirmed my dish! Almost in a way of having a joke but also insulting me! Obviously as a family, me and my fiancée and my parents were not impressed! Less so, that three of us received our dishes and waited for the fourth to be served which was pizza! As our dishes were going cold we started our main course! As I finished mine, my father went and asked about my fiancés pizza! No apologies just confirmed it would be 10 minutes! It arrived after we had all finished our main course with no apology or explanation by the rude insulting waiter. My fiancée luckily speaks fluent Italian and when he asked in Italian about the service he just wanted to let us know he had made my carbonara and ignored him and was acting very oddly again towards me! He was also shocked to learn my partner spoke Italian after the first rude incident, realising we understood exactly what he was saying! The worst service ever! Finally he did apologise in Italian but as my partner knows in a very disrespectful way in the Italian language! We went again as we enjoyed our first visit, even though service was slow and we were ignored! But after tonight’s visit, my advice is their are plenty of other restaurants that have fab food, fab service, they even compliment my fiancée for speaking fluently in Italian in Vico Equense! We know Italians do not have the same customer service skills and expectations as in the UK, however we could only comment positively about other local establishments on food, service, and their restaurants as a whole that are also good value for money! Don’t let this place give you a bad impression of the others restaurants, in our opinion give this one a wide berth and enjoy your visit with the many others available"

"Man..I don't know if it was the ocean air, being so far away from home, the romantic backdrop but this was hands down one of the best meals I've had in Italy ; The location is tucked away inside a boutique hotel, Capo La Gala highly recommend staying here. Incredible view of the endless ocean. The service was spot on. Funny note apparently they give the women menus without pricing and the men menus with pricing. I've never experienced that before. Not that it mattered. The food was amazing, apéritifs were fun little spoonfuls of amazingness. Crostini with prosciutto and a fried zucchini chip, arancini which is essentially fried risotto balls, and raw white fish with crunchy onion on top. Each dish had an excellent play on textures which I'm a huge fan of. Fish filet was perfectly cooked with the skin crisped up. Husband had the tenderloin with shaved truffles on top. Pallet cleanser of a light panna cotta was served as well. The desserts were playful and creative. I had a chocolate torte with a hazelnut cookie base and edible gold leaf. We also had a spicy sorbet which was tucked inside a light cake. Interesting and good. It sounded so odd ball we had to order it. The meal was memorable, food was plated and prepared with immaculate precision. I'm sure my description of the dishes don't do it justice. The cost? I think it was $300? give or take. Worth it? YES. You only live once..and as my mother would say you can't take your money with you."

"Absolutely fantastic structure located on the coast of Vico Equense. I was here for my brothers-in-law's morning and everything was truly perfect! The structure is gigantic and is accessed by a descent that can be traveled by car, along which it is also possible to park. The first area outside is an atrium in which we were offered a sumptuous aperitif and we were surrounded by natural rock structures. This atrium, in turn, led to a large hall in which drinks, prosecco and thirst-quenching drinks were served; from this last room there was access to a series of beautiful balconies which have a breathtaking view overlooking the sea and with a beautiful backdrop. Also from the atrium you access another very large hall, where the hotel reception is located and from the latter, thanks to the lift, you access the upper room which in turn is divided into an internal part and a exterior overlooking the sea and the gulf. Truly a breathtaking experience. The room where we stayed overnight was very large and very welcoming, the bathroom was equally large, the bed was very comfortable and finally the room also had a small terrace with a breathtaking view! All the food was delicious, phenomenal in fact!! Excellent and impeccable organization, very kind and super helpful staff for every request! Furthermore, in the morning, we had a rich breakfast on the balcony based on hot croissants, hot pastries, hot riccia, small croissants, Nutella, fresh strawberries, low-fat yogurt and also cappuccino, hot milk, coffee and much, much more! ! As an invitee to the ceremony, I feel like paying the greatest and most sincere compliments to those who manage the facility and to all those who work there and who have made all this perfection possible!! I will certainly return to take advantage of the SPA program and the thermal program but above all I hope to return for another ceremony!! ‍ If you are looking for a place to hold your ceremony, Scrajo is absolutely the right place, because I assure you that it will make you look great and will exceed all your expectations. Likewise, if you want to spend a day in complete relaxation on the coast, I 100% recommend the many Scrajo thermal treatments and if you want to stay longer I recommend you take advantage of the very comfortable hotel rooms!! What can I say... Lo Scrajo is all to be discovered!! Try it to believe it"
