I placed my order before the restaurant officially opened and arrived 5 minutes early. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the chicken tikka bhoona.

The Masala Dall was watery and lacked lentils, while the Garlic Chilli Chicken was not spicy and tasted too acidic to enjoy. I recently read an article in today's Daily Echo reporting that the restaurant has received a hygiene rating of 3.

Food is average, when they decide if they can be bothered to deliver. Be warned, they accept your order and then reject it after keeping you waiting until delivery time. Not a dearth of quality Indian takeaways sadly, so they get away with it and remain in business. Voir le carte

I have always had a good madras here really shocked to find BOILED POTATOES being served with a prawn madras curry. Mixed in so you couldn't fish them out easily. What is going on here? I feel stunned and duped. Obviously I had to leave it what chances of getting my money back?.

Even using Bengal for years and been a few dips in the quality with changing Owners. I left a bad reveiw a couple of months ago but now here to put that right as the quality has returned with our last few orders so normal service resumed! No idea if there's been another change of ownership since February but all perfect with last half dozen orders.

First of all the order was around 1 hour late arriving. One of the dishes was missing so we rang them up and they said it was because they'd run out of paneer! So they just didn't bother giving us anything, or telling us, even though we'd been charged for it. When we checked the other paneer dish that had turned up it barely had any paneer in it. All of the dishes received were pretty inedible. Watery and bland. It ended up getting thrown in the bin which is unheard of. They offered to give us a discount off our next order when they should have been offering us money off that one. That was an expensive mistake. Voir le carte

Tonight, we ordered two meals from this restaurant and they arrived within the estimated time of 45 minutes. However, half of our food was missing. When we called to report the issue and request the missing items, the person on the phone suggested we microwave what we already received instead of sending out the missing food fresh. When we insisted on receiving what we paid for in its proper condition, we were met with verbal abuse and called names. Despite our attempts to speak to a manager, we were told none were available and that a refund could not be issued. We always use this restaurant when ordering Indian food. We even use their own website rather than Uber Eats as they have previously advised they get charged for orders put through apps. However this evening after placing an order on their website at 7.30pm and being advised of a 70 minute wait, we still hadn’t received the order by 9pm. We called to see where the order was and was told it was out for delivery. So we waited some more. At 9.45pm I called again to be told the order was never received as it was ‘stuck in the system’. Ordered curry before they opened for a 7:00 delivery. The order was confirmed for 7:25. Late but fine. 7:25 comes and no sign, call them at 7:55 to explain half hour late and what is going on. Get told it is out with the driver and will be with me in 10 minutes. Lo and behold there is no curry at 8:05, I wait until 8:25 before calling to be told it is out with the driver, I advised this is not good enough as I was told that half an hour ago. If it was out by the time it reaches me it will be cold. Asked if I wanted a discount next time, explained there won’t be a next time. I ask that the order is cancelled and refunded.
