Came here for my sisters birthday meal, food was great, the service was excellent. Nicely decorated venue. This is a really nice pub with that little bit extra. Just had the most lovely cider and met the most wonderful, helpful folks. My sister and I had a wonderful walk from Free Folk to Kingsclere exploring Watership Down and the wonderful staff at the bar saved us some walking and helped us find a ride back!
