The service and atmosphere at this restaurant were both top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was welcoming and enjoyable. I highly recommend dining here for a great overall experience.

I had the mixed grill but the duck (I think that's what it was) was overcooked and dry. Service was also questionable. They bought us someone else's starter and then served us a seafood risotto when we ordered chicken risotto. The staff were attentive, friendly if a little slow on service. Waited a while for our drinks. I opted for 'baked ' camembert as my starter. Oh dear! Definitely was not. First appearance, I thought it was soup and they 'd got my order wrong. Just a bowl which clearly been microwaved. Basically, melted cheese in a bowl. Not impressed. However, the lamb shank was very good, though mash portion small and gravy not made properly, still full of granules. My husband had meatballs for starter, portion was small, sauce hot but meatballs warm at best. 2 of our party of 4 had lamb cutlets. Wow! What a day, even the little bit of rain didn’t stop a wonderful day. From the first moment my husband and I came to look at this venue we knew it would be the perfect place to host our sons wedding reception. Ash was amazing! He was great in giving us plenty of options for menu, we had a lovely meal whilst discussing wedding reception arrangements, Ash was so accommodating, communication leading up to the event was smooth, whatever we needed was given.
