Great staff, very friendly. Amazing food. Minused 1 star as service was a bit slow.

I can't comment on the food since I haven't tried it, but a smoothie should be smooth (hence the name) rather than an icy slush that's difficult to drink. For £4.50, I expected something better.

there was a short drink and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. it is also to eat there! the Thai curry is very creamy and the correct texture of rice to go with it. 5 stars for eating and service. it has a very nice ambiente if you want to cool out after a long shopping trip. Voir le carte

I've got lobster benedict and two pancakes. Although the lobster was a bit cold, he really tasted good and I loved the pancakes! the staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the restaurant and they were very attentive and friendly. the service was also very fast. I will visit here again

I felt really welcome at this Balans unit. We were very tired after a long day walking around London and when we were checking the restaurants outside Westfield, the host greeted us and showed us the menu, welcoming inside the place. It's a cozy space, not small, but charming and warm. Nice staff and great fish!

Nice little place for a brunch. Location wise it’s alright, not the greatest of views but very convenient next to Westfield. I went for the lobster Benedict which was nice but the lobster was a tad overcooked. Nice combination with the avocado and bacon though. The food was outstanding, and the woman who seated us was truly delightful. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the overly friendly waiter who brought our food and cleared the table afterward. He was excessively chatty, which felt a bit intrusive as my boyfriend and I were hoping to enjoy a quiet brunch together. It honestly made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The food was decent, but the cocktails were somewhat underwhelming. I would describe the service as poor, but in reality, it was virtually nonexistent. There were only two waiters attending to four tables, and not a single one approached us for over half an hour after we finished our meal. We had to approach them twice just to ask for coffee and to have our plates cleared. To make matters worse, they still had the audacity to add over £11 for service to our bill. This was particularly disappointing, as my girlfriend and her aunt visit regularly and are usually served by Daniel, who is excellent.

Hey! how could I forget a Balans visit. even though I had to wait 5 minutes before I had shown a table. that was worth it. they were very busy the morning I visited. what, I'm sure is the case every day. Anyway, I ordered a beautiful Americano coffee and a really filling English breakfast; minus the mushroom and egg! it was so nice. the speck had a really nice taste. I will say it was smoked and cut thick. the sausage was nicely cooked, like the grilled tomatoes. in the did, please visit and enjoy!. I visited 10.30 a.m. and had to wait. so maybe book in advance and enjoy what they have in offer. Voir le carte
