near the Vatican a place to stop to eat. First of all, our bartender was a charm! second, the amazing uff food! it charred a marvel and finally the very homemade tiramisu.

Very good kitchen, and desserts we laughed. the perfect table service. the child always attentive to the needs of the guests. quiet place despite the proximity to the Vatican.

Sabores intensos, suavidad al paladar y con una textura cremosa que no deja indiferente a nadie. Su linea de helados diet, sin azucares añadidos, son fantásticos. Sin duda, para mi gusto es La Heladería!

We had dinner here after we visited the Museum Vatican. It was lovely. We ordered a salmon carpaccio, egg cbt with truffle, a spaghetti carbonara, a potato gnocchi, and a veal. The cbt egg with truffle was really good. Highly recommended.

Slow service, and very salty food. I ordered the salmon antipasti which was super salty, but the tuna tartare with blueberries was very nice and refreshing. Presentation was great. I also got pasta with pesto and red shrimp. The pasta was cooked perfectly aldente, but there was very little shrimp that was puréed, and the green sauce was also salty.

We were finding a place to have gelato after our visit to the Vatican museum. After we got the gelato we spotted this restaurant right next to it, asked for a table and was seated really quickly. The pasta was pretty good, but I didn’t like the gnocchi but not because of the quality, just wasn’t my thing. The carbonara and the veal was really good, really enjoyed it. Also the street view from the restaurant was magnificent as well.

Hard to find this little gem of a restaurant. Its not far from St Peters square. Had a really nice dining experience here at Arlú. Food was excellent and right quantity. The waiting staff were excellent, attentive and explained the menu to non Italian speaking guests when needed. Definitely would go there again. The braised pork cheek with tomato and wine sauce was melt in the mouth, washed down with a bottle of house with wine followed with a delicious Tiramisù. All in all a great meal and experience. Well done to the staff.

We spent an overnight in Rome on Tuesday, and when leaving, the Sistine Chapel got caught in a torrential downpour, including thunder and lighting. We had reservations at Ristorante Arlu for 19:30. They don't open until 18:30. We ran to their location... about 8 mins. They weren't open yet but were so kind and let us in to sit and have a beverage until they were all set. We had a great meal. Appetizers: Eggplant Parmigianina, aperal marinated salmon capacious with anaconda savory Panna cotta and mixed greens. Cabonaro and Rivoli with octopus sauce. Desserts: Lucia's tiramisu, cheesecake with mixed berries, crumbly pie with shantilly cream, and mixed berries. What a great authentic meal! I mo...
