"Went following reviews and wanting a taster menu. We’re left waiting to be checked in and then minutes for a drink to arrive. Inattentive waiter who struggled to recommend a German wine. The taster menu of courses had that involved goose so...was put off. The open kitchen kitchen is great and shows the care taken with presentation. My surf and turf cooked medium was underdone and hadn’t been left to rest for long enough so the blood ran into the sauce. The lobster was cooked to perfection and the wasabi mash was delicious. The dessert of crime brûlée was beautiful with jelly and sorbet. We didn’t receive any bread during the long wait for food and there was no interaction with the waiter. Service was disorganised and verging on unfriendly. Seldom. that we don’t leave a tip. Took hours for two courses. A shame because the chefs deserve better."

great service, staff is super friendly. but the sous cook scratches his head, cares to reach the sweat of his neck or constantly in his mask to remove it, while the plates prepare and reach in frits to them mere hand. yup, you red right

The Park Hyatt Hotel is great. Lovely location, amazing building. Extraordinary service. And then, the Restaurant.... Apples is wonderful. Open kitchen. Incredible service. Ant the food: Wonderful. Best schnitzel so far. And it is asparagus season....

we had the pleasure of the Christmas Special course meal with appropriate wine, for the reasonable price. all the courses were arranged and tasted as good as it looked. the corresponding weeps are great for every single meal. service was great...at our waiter!

The restaurant is situated in an exclusive part of Hamburg in the Park Hyatt Hotel. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Although the food was palatable I would have expected better for the prices charged. Little choice in side plates. Luxurious surroundings, lacking in...atmosphere. Some tasteful background music would have been appreciated.

beautiful environment. the restaurant was almost in the position when I visited. the service was efficient, but slow, probably due to the completeness and some large tables. I had the special menu with wein. beautiful apart from the bark that is very rare. would have been nice to have asked before it was cooked as I would prefer. medium would have been better. to chew and a big healthier made it quite unpalatable. otherwise ok. not the outstanding food I expected for the price.
