2 hrs and still no delivery!!!Tried calling them 32 times and still no answer

I waited an hour and a half for my order to arrive only for it to be cancelled. Wasn't charged but would have appreciated more notice so I could have ordered from somewhere else instead.

Just had the worst Black Pudding ever from there, it must have been yesterdays (perhaps even older! . Called to complain to manager (too busy to come to phone and did not even get the decency of any call back, never mind a refund or credit for rubbish food avoid avoid avoid! Voir le carte

Last time this place was good value there was a tram going by it. To think it was at one point the place to take families for a bite to eat and an ice cream. Its look and legacy has been destroyed. Had fish and chips and frankly any other chippy in the area beats it hands down.I love reading the replies from the management to unhappy customers. They seem to know they are rubbish and dont care! Stay well clear! Plenty of high quality options nearby!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Food didn't arrive for over 2 hours and the manager was very rude and totally unhelpful. Food arrived cold and is mediocre at best. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. In response to your response... Clearly there is another man working there that was claiming to be the manager after I asked to speak to one. Maybe if you are the real manager you should think about retraining this person to actually listen to your customers and maybe some basic customer service skills.

One star too good waited over two and a half hours for a delivery on three occasions I called chase up and i was told it was going out the door waited half an hour each time I then called to see where my order was again and told the same story after giving it another half an hour not being truthful and no customer service would not recommend them also brought the wrong items when I finally got my order left my number for manager to call me back as staff just cheeky with the exception of one gentleman who took down my details and agreed it was unacceptable Voir le carte

I 've had two awful experiences with here. First time the fish was dry and must have been from the day before, onion rings soggy, and I think they 're cookie dough was genuine cookie dough which risks giving you food poisoning and just tastes like flour usually places sell a warm soft cookie as 'cookie dough ' (much tastier and it 's actually baked). Second time I ordered two milkshakes, waited an hour, said that they 're Uber eats orders weren 't going through despite telling me exactly what I ordered. Said they didn 't have milk anyway and told me to sort it out with UberEats. Said it wouldn 't go through as delivered anyway, however it did and I had to contact UberEats to get my money bac...

Absolute joke of an establishment. Never order from here. I accidentally paid twice for my order (once online and then again in cash when the delivery came) and it is clear the driver has just pocketed my money and kept quiet instead of doing the honest thing. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times to discuss but they want nothing to do with it. Tried to phone each night since this happened and each night I am told something different. At one point the restaurant said they would send someone out to give me a refund in cash but no one appeared. Tonight I was told by the manager he would give me a call back to help me out but as expected, no call back. Extremely let down and I would advis...

Ordered at 7 o’clock, came at 8. Order was wrong so called straight away to resolve the issue. Young rude girl first on the phone clearly no interest in helping and was insisting it was my fault for the order being wrong due to a muck up on their system? Told them I was happy to send a screenshot of my order to an email or number as otherwise I was being made out to be a lair over what I ordered? Told to email the manger and I would be resolved right away. Called back at half 8 as still not heard a thing to be on the phone to another guy who had no idea of the matter the same attitude as the first girl.
