"to try a new restaurant again in falkenstein and time again. it is not so new. the operators of the hotel to the sun had the ratskeller in falkenstein since 1994 until the beginning of this year and the sun served as the only hotel and guest house. we have been here for the first time since the new opening and are sure to follow further visits.
