"Eine einzige Katastrophe. Wir waren mit einem Herren die einzigen Gäste. Es war bitterkalt im Restaurant, so dass wir unsere dicken Jacken anlassen mussten. Getränke kamen zügig, waren allerdings teilweise zu warm. Wir bestellten zweit Pizzas. Diese waren nach 50 min immer noch nicht da. Auf unserer Reklamation wurde uns gesagt, es hätte eine größere Bestellung gegeben. Das konnten wir kaum glauben, da in der Küche absolute Stille herrschte. Die Bedienung telefonierte die ganze Zeit privat und hatte gar keine Lust auf uns. Nach einer Stunde kam dann das Essen! War okay aber auch nicht mehr. Wie das Lokal zu dem Namen „Elegant“ gekommen ist, verstehe ich nicht. Plastiktischdecken, abgenutzte Möbel, laute Musik, Plastikblumen … Nie wieder!"

"the weinpump is a typical Rheingauer weinlocal from the device. But it seems to me that there is much more effort in terms of maintenance, decoration and cleanliness than in competition. at least, therefore, in the weinpump, a feeling of well-being and almost a feeling of holiday occurred that so far did not arise in the other localities known to me. this was certainly also the sympathetic, fleeting service. and: the menu is in a positive sense manageable, it is offered more ground-based dishes, but with that something is brought to the table. beautifully dressed, fresh and very tasty. we have fed up and felt very well so we will soon return to the weinpump."

"If you are visiting the Rhine valley, having dinner in a restaurant overlooking the river would be lovely. Yet, this was not the case with this restaurant. Nothing about this restaurant was bad, yet nothing was particularly special. The menu had limited choices. The portions were good, the presentation of the food nice, but nothing to remember and talk about it later. I took the fillet mignon (around 21 Euros). We were a large group of people (over 25 people), we showed up unexpected, they managed to accommodate us, but the menu choices ran out fast and the service was very slow. The staff was very friendly."

"autumn time, reading time and cellar filling time. at this weekend we visited with a friendly couple of kiedrich and environments to test the rheingauer rieslinge. we spent on Saturday afternoon at robert, because (yearly tasting 2013). after a nice afternoon on one of the most beautiful Rheingur wines, my wife had booked a table in the gas house engl in kiedrich. the angel is one of the typical Kiedrich guest houses, very traditional. in the ambiden rather dark and ground. still equipped with a good service, the weeps of the wg prinz in kiedrich (we were there to test) as well as a non-children's card. the table was reserved and we took place. after the visit of the cards there were pre- and main dishes. before the main dish was a baguette with crimped square, okay, I don't call it a kitchen gruß. Look: I chose the smoked salmon mousse, accompanied by retish salad with a honey roaring marinade. the mouse came very, very cold on the table, almost it could be called parfait. after a certain warm-up time it was then delicious, with a strong smoke taste. the rettich was perfect with its marinade. - good start with me. the goat cheese baked in the tempurat and the tomato soup did not bring any criticism. 3! x rumpsteak, once healed black. I also decided to use the rumpsteak, served with ornagen-rosmarin butter, bratkartoffeln and byhalat. the steak was fried as ordered medium to the point. the degree of ripening of the meat remains desirable. being a little. bratkartoffeln and insulate were in order. the healed was praised and classified as good. it accompanied us dry late tastes and late burgers to eat the P line of wineut prinzen. they let this heart beat faster. cleanliness and order did not allow any criticism, everything would kill as the North German says! Conclusion: a good place for uncomplicated entry, good value for money!"

"Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, die Pizzeria da Luigi in Ingelheim zu besuchen. Leider muss ich sagen, dass meine Erfahrung alles andere als zufriedenstellend war. Zunächst möchte ich betonen, dass die Eltern, Luigi und Sonja, schon immer sehr nett und gastfreundlich waren. Leider kann ich das Gleiche nicht über ihre Söhne sagen, die im Kundenservice tätig sind und den Laden wohl übernehmen werden. Sie wirkten völlig überfordert, aufbrausend und äußerst unhöflich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sie nicht für den Kundenkontakt geeignet sind und dies ihre Eltern enttäuschen muss. Es ist bedauerlich zu sehen, wie die Söhne das Image und die harte Arbeit, die Luigi und Sonja über Jahre hinweg aufgebaut haben, zerstören. Es scheint, als ob sie nicht die gleiche Leidenschaft und Hingabe für das Restaurant haben wie ihre Eltern. Nicht nur der Kundenservice war enttäuschend, sondern auch die Qualität des Essens ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Pizza war nicht mehr frisch. Der Geschmack war fade und nicht das, was ich von einer Pizzeria erwartet hätte. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war auch nicht einladend. Es wirkte extrem chaotisch und hektisch was sicherlich nicht zum Genuss des Essens beitrug. Wir haben auch schon MEHRFACH live mit angesehen, wie Kunden richtig laut angeschnauzt/angeschrien und rausgeworfen wurden, weil sie sich beschwert haben. Wenn die Jungs sich tatsächlich so verhalten als wäre man als Gastronom nicht abhängig von Kundschaft, dann kann daraus nichts werden und verdient keine Empfehlung. Es tut mir leid, dass ich so eine negative Bewertung abgeben muss, aber ich habe mir diese Erfahrung mehrmals angeschaut, bevor ich meine Meinung niederschrieb. Ich hoffe, dass Luigi und Sonja sich bewusst werden, wie sehr ihre Söhne dem Ruf des Restaurants schaden und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen, um dies zu beheben. Insgesamt kann ich die Pizzeria da Luigi in Ingelheim aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen nicht mehr empfehlen. Es gibt sicherlich bessere Optionen in der Umgebung, die einen freundlicheren Service und qualitativ hochwertigeres Essen bieten."
