Had breakfast here before hiking near Helmsley. I had a small breakfast (pot of tea included) which was more than adequate for my needs. Friendly staff, good service

Nice location and setting but food was awful. Toasties were not properly cooked with barely any filling, tasted like only bread. And was served a stale scone so hard it couldn't be cut.

Visiting relatives and stayed in Malton so this place was recommended. Needless to say not disappointed Huge breakfast with everything on it and tea included. Breakfast barms also lovely With tasty sausages, very reasonably priced too. We will definitely be visiting again.

Well what can I say, possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever eaton..! Asked for a Large breakfast as I was absolutely starving and what came out was ..! Well what can I say pity-full. Also possibly the worst tasting breakfast I’ve not eaton as I just couldn’t ..! Won’t be going back there again ..!

Excellent Sunday roast, food and polite staff. Stumbled across this place after The Talbot said they were fully booked yet the restaurant was empty and more staff than customers.... Anyway...it was a good thing as this place is a Gem! Skip the pretentious Talbot and go here instead for excellent home cooked food and great staff. Thank you Voir le carte
