"Went for Sunday lunch. Reserved a table as it gets busy. I eat Sunday lunch once a year on Xmas day so it wasn’t my thing but went along with my sisters. I do not eat veg and asked for none on my plate. I just had beef , roast potatoes and new potatoes and have to say it was delicious. The food was piping hot. Beef was so tender. The veg was carrots , broccoli and cabbage. My sisters said they were really nice. There were four cleared plates at the end. We had desserts. Raspberry roulade. That was delicious too. I presumed it would come in a bowl but was really well presented on a plate. The staff were all happy , smiling , friendly and accommodating. It cost £10 for lunch and £4.50 for dessert and well worth it. Will be visiting again very soon."

Had a lovely meal here with my family. Staff and the owner were very friendly. Lots of choice on the menu. Even a Thai Cuisine section! Would recommend.

Amazing Sunday lunch again ... excellent value, friendly staff and top notch food. Tastes just like a home cooked roast. Would definitely recommend to others.

Best Steaks we've ever had. We ordered the Blackstone steaks which you pretty much cook yourself at the table. The quality was superb. We will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing night last night. Fantastic food as a party of 21 and they even put on Karaoke for our Hockey Team. Thank you to the staff for making our Christmas Do the best

Great night at this wonderful establishment. Food is amazing and service excellent. Piping hot food, black rock steak absolutely delicious. We keep returning even with our grown up sons!

Just had Sunday lunch delivered. The food was fantastic and given the generous portion size great value for money. It was delivered in very good time given that they were incredibly busy. Recommended it to other members of the family who put in their order straight away. Voir le carte

Food was excellent but service was sooo poor prob the poorest service in a pub got given our food and no cutlery so after waiting to try get someone we ended up getting our own knifes and forks . Werent asked about the condiments such a shame for let down of service good chefs though

What a diamond of a find, fab place really good value for money,. Very helpful staff who went the extra mile as I’m gluten intolerant and found me something I could eat. Everything cooked from fresh not av’ping’ meal in sight.Lovely little touches as they are dog friendly and even think of little things like lady’s items in the toilet . Overall a fab place to go and will definitely be going again, thanks guys
