"We spent a lovely family day outside at a pub in St. Helens during our visit to Skipton. We came to this charming pub for lunch and were delighted by the beautiful beer garden. It felt like we were sitting in our own backyard. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that nothing was too much trouble. The menu was extensive and the food was delicious. We all enjoyed our meals and desserts. Additionally, there was a large screen outside showing yesterday's football match, which was perfect for the younger members of our group. This was the best meal and day we've had in a long time. We highly recommend this place and want to thank everyone for their hospitality. We will definitely be back."

Beautiful inside and out, food was good and we'll priced. The staff were friendly and polite and gave both us and the dog a warm welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic value meals we had 2 kids meals and the 2 for £10 deal plus we all had sweets. Plenty on the plates and it was hot and tasty too. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Will definitely be back if we return to the area :

excellent service, very funny waiter funny, mike the barmann was great to bring us out, while the football was on, big pub food full teller great worth for money, really secret feel a real pub, renter will bend back to provide great service, big afternoon.

Went there for a meal last night as it was very close to where we were stopping. The bar staff were terrific made such a fuss of both kids the 2 dogs, came to give them a fuss a treat (the dogs not the kids! They food was reasonably priced the dart board was a hit with us all. A lovely family evening. Will defo return when we next visit west ayton.

it was a simple 2-mile walkway from where we were in wykeham. the pub has a traditional feeling that was welcoming, and we were made to feel welcome from the dame that served us our drinks and also broke out our eating. she seemed to be doing a lot, but was friendly, helpful and smiling. the food was good and the menu had enough to choose, but not too much to make the choice difficult. worth a visit.
