"Although it wasn't mentioned at the time of booking, the restaurant was actually closed, and we were asked to move to the Woodside Restaurant next door, which felt more like a dark, outdated café. Additionally, probably due to Covid regulations, all the doors to the outdoor areas were left open, making it quite chilly since it was not a warm evening. The food was decent, but even with only a few other diners present, the service was lacking."

If you are staying at the hotel, then the restaurant is convenient. The service was excellent. We both chose the pasta, which perhaps was a mistake a lot of pasta and not a lot of sauce. Desserts were good.

We enjoyed the Sunday roast, though it could have used a few more potatoes. The food was delicious, with all three courses beautifully presented. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the beginning.

We enjoyed a three-course meal as part of our hotel package, and the food was excellent! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Voir le carte

Beautifully cooked food although a little on the expensive side. Worth it though as a special occasion. The serving staff were v pleasant attentive but a little on the slow side considering the restaurant was relatively quiet. All in all though a very pleasant experience. Thank you x

Service was rushed, as if they wanted you out, hubby still chewing food and they took his plate napkin away. Pre paid for dinner back in Febuary, but was still charged for it, when questioned , they took it off the bill, but put an optional service charge on of 4.75 !!! Needless to say we asked them to take it off, we tip what we want not what is expected.
