Whitfords Cafe With Rooms

Visited the restaurant for an evening meal with my wife. We were signposted to it by the hotel that we are staying in. The food and service were excellent and we would highly recommend it. A lovely place to eat

The food was delicious, huge portions and fair prices. A lovely little restaurant serving Greek food which is uncommon round here, will recommend to everyone. The staff were great and it's family friendly. Will definitely be going back, so glad I could take my left overs home too!

We arrived tired and hungry on our bikes and were delighted to find this gem of a restaurant/ takeaway. We ordered a meze box, souvlaki and halloumi wraps to eat looking out onto the harbour. The meze was crammed with delicious, authentic treats we especially loved the spinach pie and the wraps were fab. And all for a great price.

During our holiday travels, we found ourselves hungry for a late lunch at 3:30pm. We didn't have high expectations, but were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome we received at the restaurant. We decided to try a selection of meze dishes and were delighted to find that everything was delicious, freshly made, and truly tasted like authentic Greek cuisine. Had a surprisingly excellent meal there with my family...The Greek themed establishment was a nice break from the normal quiet seaside eatery amd pub. The staff were amazingly upbeat and so very helpful. Would recommend at least one meal in here if you're anywhere near it. A hidden gem on the coast of South Wales. Access to rail is less than a minute way from the small semi rural train station and the quiet town of Burryport is an under-rated destination for a quiet, out of the way place to eat and drink.

This was our third visit to the restaurant and each time it keeps getting better. Our group of 6 adults and 2 children were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The meals were delicious and offered great value for money. The children's meal was especially impressive, with generous portions and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. We have also stayed overnight as a couple in the past and found the rooms to be top-notch. Additionally, we made a stop at the attached deli and picked up some Greek food and drinks. This restaurant is definitely one of the best dining spots in West Wales!

A very welcome oasis of excellent food and warm welcome on our way back to Devon. Late in the day for lunch, we were starving and found this wonderful place by chance. Ordered takeaway as had a sleeping baby in the car. Warned that all main meals are made fresh from scratch and take a bit of time so settled for a mezze of dips and halloumi wraps with two pieces of orange cake. All delivered to our car with a smile and explanation of what was in our beautifully packed take away. The food was absolutely delicious and very good value. We will be back in November when visiting Penclawdd based family again and will have a sit in meal to experience the deliciousness of the full menu. The deli is w... Voir le carte
