The White Horse - Carte

We have used this Spoons before and always good,called today for breakfast though busy food came in quick time and was fine.Nice clean loo's and pleasant service.Will be back soon.

Brigg is a really interesting pleasant town, and The White Horse is set at the end of a pedestrian precinct. A good bar, friendly staff, prompt service. All was clean and comfortable. Good choice of beer and great value

Called into the White Horse in Brigg for a meal. Great value meals. with very quick service. Could do with seperate area for families, so Couples can enjoy there meals without uncontrolled children running around when you are trying to relax. Voir le carte

My title says it all. You cannot go wrong for value for money regarding drinks. However yesterday's visit....and we go very often....has put us off returning for food again. This happened last summer but things improved. Yesterday? Mostly inedible.

I have visited many of the Wetherspoons pubs and this one is very often under staffed behind the bar. With one member of staff posted only for online orders (and nothing else it seems). Often many deep at the bar with only 2 serving, I'll pass in future.

The decor was as expected for a venue of this kind. Tables and chairs were wooden and well spaced apart. The food was cooked fresh although not everything on the menu was available. Service was faily swift, once the order had been taken. The place was fairly busy for a weekday. Voir le carte

Went for the soup with panini, soup was cold sent it back and obviously just put in microwave cos came back with skin on it and too hot it was bubbling , in the same dish which was now too hot to touch , sons meal had 10 peas on it , person behind bar was serving his friends before any other customers stood waiting ages whilst they finished conversation about what’s happening at the weekend , won’t be returning , not offered anything full meal left untouched

Just been for lunch, not something I will do again in a hurry. The food is ok but the staff really need some training. Sat down at a table that needed clearing (it wasn’t the only one) eventually someone came and took the dirty plates, didn’t bother to come back and wipe the table! I used my own wipes. Menus were sticky and dirty, sauce bottles empty, not a good impression. Nearly every table had dirty glasses on but I must have counted half a dozen times when staff brought food out and went back empty handed, as an ex landlady this is a basic lack of training.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and show no concern for customer service. The manager, in particular, was unbelievably rude. We waited 40 minutes for our food, and when we raised our complaints, the manager accused us of lying and shifted the blame to us, claiming she couldn't control the kitchen's speed. Despite others receiving their food, ours came out incorrect. There was no apology given. Overall, I am appalled by the poor service we received. The staff here could benefit greatly from some customer service training, and the manager's behavior was particularly terrible. Voir le carte
