Begründet wurde die begrenzte Karte damit, dass nach Weihnachten und Silvester jetzt eben nicht die ganze Karte zur Verfügung stünde. Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir uns ein anderes Lokal gesucht, damit auch wirklich jeder etwas findet, das er mag. 2. Service: Eher "höflich-unverbindlich" als "freundlich". Man fühlt sich nicht gut umsorgt. Da ist es mir lieber, wenn mein Kellner auch mal einen Scherz macht. 3. Ambiente: Bequeme Stühle, ausreichende Tischgröße. Toiletten für die Damen im Keller über einen Flur und ein Treppenhaus (außerhalb des Restaurants). Raumtemperatur dürfte max. um die 18 Grad gelegen haben, ich habe trotz warmem Pulli und Schal den ganzen Abend gefroren. Betrüblich das Aquarium im vorderen Bereich, das zwar einen namensgebenden Wels enthielt, leider aber nur unwesentlich größer war als der Fisch selbst. Alles in allem: Damit die Preise gerechtfertigt sind, muss schon ein bisschen mehr Gemütlichkeit aufkommen - so fühlt man sich in jeder Pizzeria besser (und wärmer) aufgehoben als im Wels."

Das Restaurant im Hotel Munte bietet in erster Linie regionale Küche. Frische Zutaten. Angenehmes Ambiente, aufmerksame Bedienung. Preisniveau ist hoch z. T. überzogen und nicht gerechtfertigt. Gepflegte Getränkeauswahl zu moderaten Preisen . Kräusenpils vom Fass- frisch und lecker.

Ich habe im angeschlossenen Hotel übernachtet und war abends mit zwei Kollegen hier essen. Zu den Fischgerichten kann ich keine Auskünfte geben aber die Wildgerichte waren allesamt sehr gut - für eine ausgezeichnete Bewertung fehlte mir ein wenig die Fantasie bzw. der Pep bei den Gerichten.Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und stets "nordisch freundlich". Ausgezeichnetes Wild, gute Portion, und ausgezeichnete Saucen. Spargel Vorspeise mit Jacobs Muscheln klasse, etwas gewagt mit Zwiebeln. Wildschwein Ravioli mit Rosmarin Schaum zu teuer bzw. Portion zu klein. Zu kleiner Wels in zu scharfer Senfkruste. Sauce langweilig. Der 2005er Bordeaux Cru Bourgeois hat schon zu sehr abgebaut. Teller nur lauwarm vorgewärmt. Pfefferstreuer dem Niveau nicht angemessen. Service sehr gut. Brot vermutlich von der Tankstelle.

Wir haben hier im Oktober 2015 im Rahmen des Hotelarrangements "Bettgeflüster" gegessen. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Teilen des Arrangements (siehe separate Bewertung des Hotels) war das Essen im Restaurant hervorragend. Das 3-Gänge-Menü mit Aperitif schmeckte sehr gut, bot eine gute Breite in der Auswahl. Das Personal war im Gegensatz zum restlichen Hotelpersonal super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Gerichte waren gute gemacht, das Fleisch perfekt auf den Punkt gegart, der Wein zum Essen passend! Sehr zu empfehlen!

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
