Lovely views of Box Hill Surrey Downs from the rear of the pub. Recently refurbished. Good menu options, food was good too. Very relaxed vibes.

Ordered a roast pork, to be served the fattiest bit of meat I’ve ever seen. To think the chef thought this was acceptable to serve is really shocking. The meal was ridiculously priced too, at £19.50.

Four of us from the office went for a birthday lunch for one of the team. We had great service from Paula and Laura. The meals we ordered were presented very well, very hot and really well cooked. Two of us chose the delicious fish pie

new management! wow, what a place, decor is now so served at point! eating was city restaurant level. very efficiently brought out without a huge waiting period. dog-friendly and very treated by owners and employees alike! we would like to be back on the ass!

This is a beautiful pub restaurant with a cosy, homely vibe, the staff are so friendly, accommodating my partner I were served by both Ava Elaine, 2 super friendly girls who made our night my birthday a wonderful experience. Thank you so much girls, we will be back soon!

amazing and beautiful pub with magnificent view of box hill. obviously it is a local favorite for dinner and other family functions. always busy, but good service. eating was really good and drinks choices a lot. they even had a good wine and cocktail menu. simple and stylish choice when in the opposite.

I love the Watermill. We live locally and we often pop in for a drink or breakfast. Liam and Daniel are just the most amazing managers. So attentive and always treat us so well. Had a wonderful breakfast today with new additions to it and it filled us up completely. Such a well run establishment with great managers and staff. Keep up the good work and thank you for looking after us today Liam!

more beautiful place to have a drink or have a meal. fish is very tasty. birne pizza has a sweet taste on a pizza. try it worth it. chips are large and fluffy inside. the personal is really nice. South African lady who helped us feel our dog very welcome. twice water and star dogs. also played with him. inside is spacious and well maintained. toilets are very clean and look great. sitting is a possibility and with a beautiful view. I'm sure you're worth a visit.

We’ve visited a couple of times since the ‘massive re furb’ and can’t recommend it highly enough. For those of you that may have visited previously, and maybe, like us, were not overly enamoured with the food you’ve got to return. A huge improvement. It’s like walking into an entirely different pub. We went on the opening weekend, I had the T bone steak and it was worth every penny. So much som that we returned for my birthday. Great location, with great views and dog friendly. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we’ll definitely be back.
