Went for a quick bite with my son who was super tired. But kornilia who sat us down was super sweet and patience with us. She kept my son engaged and was very polite. Amazing service.

The atmosphere is fantastic and very spacious. The food is excellent—I'd highly recommend the Pad Thai and the Yaki Soba with chicken and prawns. The only item on the Wagamama menu that doesn't seem fresh is the chicken gyoza. Voir le carte

We were offered the beef soba as a free meal to try and it was very delicious, the beef was cooked very well and wasn’t chewy at all. We were served by Ruby who was very helpful and made us feel very welcome even with our little one who was very active :

Often short-staffed with very long waiting times in the que to get a seat but the food is always absolutely lovely. Everything fresh so doesn't come out at exactly the same time but we'll worth the wait. Staff are friendly and everything is clean and fresh.

I ordered a takeaway last Saturday night and accidentally ordered from Cabot Circus. When I turned up at Cribbs Causeway they were really accommodating. They called Cabot Circus, got the order refunded and then remade my order at Cribbs. They even gave me a green tea while I waited! Really impressed since it was my mistake. Voir le carte

This is our 2nd visit and we have enjoyed our meals again. There was a long queue to get it, but it moved quickly and the staff were handing out menus to people in the queue to get a head start on the ordering process. The restaurant was packed and our food took a little long to arrive than the previous time, but wait was not too long. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful and everything seemed to run smoothly. We would definitely visit again.

Since this was a complimentary event, the service was a bit slow. However, coming from a hospitality background, I could see the staff was working extremely hard and were quite literally rushed off their feet, so I completely understand. I must admit that if I had been paying, I likely would have considered leaving after waiting for our drinks until after our food arrived. Another minor issue was the noise level; it could get quite loud and echoed a bit, which made it challenging for my parents, who are slightly hard of hearing, to hold a conversation.
