We came here for a family meal on a Saturday evening. The staff were friendly and the food and service excellent. The Balti Chicken Tikka was particularly tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I travel extensively for work and have eaten at many Indian restaurants up and down the country, the food at village spice is second to none, the dishes are full of flavour and not over spiced like many restaurants

The Village Spice is a lovely restaurant and takeaway in the centre of Long Buckby. We visited on a Sunday evening. As with previous visits, the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. All the food was delicious. King prawn biryani packed with prawns, flavourful garlic mushroom rice, and very tasty onion/mushroom bhajee, aloo chana and sauces. A good selection of vegetarian options too. We'll be back very soon!
