The Vapiano is located directly in the city centre. Good to reach. bad to park. But this is nix new in Düsseldorf city centre. A little small of the Vapiano, but for it over 2 floors.. The Vapiano in Düsseldorf is the worst Vapiano I have ever visited. The staff is unmotivated and radiates it to the guest. The noodles are not cooked long enough (although I like al diet! and are much too hard. Tables and floors are heavily contaminated. The toilets are dirty. The plates and bowls stick from the outside. I have no reason to criticize Vapiano restaurants in Duisburg, Berlin or Dresden. I will no longer visit the restaurant in Düsseldorf.

I met the concept of Vapiano in the Netherlands and can win so much.
