Cibo ottimo, tutto locale e di qualità eccellente. Ottima la tagliata ai funghi porcini e la pasta con ragù di cinghiale madonita e funghi porcini. Straconsigliato!

Nice location off of a quiet courtyard in the old city. Platters of mixed appetizers arrived at our table. Great mix of delightful tastes. After 2 hours of food and wine, we also enjoyed expresso and cappuccino at the coffee bar.

Siamo Stati diverse volte Oggi a pranzo abbiamo mangiato un ottimo e abbondante antipasto rustico con pane casereccio; due primi: deliziosi i ravioli di zucca! Buonissimi anche i secondi. Prezzi economici. I titolari molto cordiali, il servizio eccellente.

We visited this place by accident as there is a tendency that restaurants in the area close for lunch between 1pm and 4pm. This seemed very strange for us. Notwithstanding, we were glad and very happy to visit this place as the food was great the service was excellent and the people made us feel very welcome.

Stopped for a late lunch in this restaurant in the hills. Quick service, fabulous fresh tomato salad and tagliatelle fungi, jam packed with a wide variety of meaty soft mushrooms but the star of the show, venison Ragu and pistachio tagliatelle... sweet, meaty and oozing with flavour. All washed down with a small beer. Perfect autumn fare.

A hidden local pearl up in the mountains. The staff was nice and tried their best to translate their spanish menu. The menu is simple and short with Sicilian food. The atmosphere at the restaurant was excellent and we witnessed a celebration for a couple who had been married for 30 years. One of the best restaurant on Sicilian I have tried!

We enjoyed our meal here, but given the rave reviews I was expecting something really outstanding. The food was all very nice, and the servings were generous. But it wasn't significantly better than other simple restaurants we've been to. Sadly, from the list of about 8 delicious sounding desserts, only two were available. Admittedly, we arrived around 2.00 for lunch and the restaurant closes at 2.45, but by the time we left at just after 3.00 we got the feeling the owners were keen to close up. It's quite a large restaurant and quite formally laid out, so with just a few diners in for lunch it felt rather stuffy, but this would probably change with more customers in the evening.
